Review and feedback

Communication was prompt and friendly. Apartment was quite new. Shower had strong water pressure and shower area had a built in bench. Some distance away from the train station but still walkable in a straight direct path.

Most furniture and fittings are from Ikea - quality varies. Apartment was not ready at 3pm; thankfully it didn’t affect us much. Had to open up sofa bed ourselves. Only provided 5 packs of 2 in 1 shampoo/shower gel (no conditioner) even though there were 4 of us staying 2 nights. Paid cleaning fee but guests are supposed to clean used cups etc Floor tiles were cold even after heaters were turned on. Management should recommend luggage storage locations nearer to the apartment. Limited food options around the area after dark, a small supermarket is within walking distance.

Really not worth the money!

The flat was clean and warm.

We were very disappointed to learn that the property doesn’t offer any option to leave your luggage before check in/after check out. This is pretty standard service offered with even the most basic facilities. Having in mind the check in time is 15h, an earlier arrival to the town means hours of wondering around with suitcases and bags. The reason provided: ‘the cleaning company doesn’t handle luggage’. I really don’t understand how much of an inconvenience a few bags with no valuables could cause to the cleaning team in a 100 sq.m flat. Additional disappointment was to discover that facilities did store the bags of our friends who booked the flat next to us through the same platform. I would never choose this flat if I knew I would be spending my first day dragging my bags around town or looking for deposit boxes. It is definitely an option but not in this price range of accommodation. The check in time should be included in the property description in the platform to avoid such cases. In addition, the mattress was hard as a rock, the neighbours upstairs were noisy and the maintenance came to perform some repairs on the door while we were already (finally!) moved in.

Perfecto

The property manager, Gabriela, was the absolute best. She was thorough but quick to the point when giving instructions about the place and was readily available when we had urgent questions. Went above and beyond expectations. The property itself was perfectly situated JUST steps from the hustle and bustle of the city but far enough away for a quiet stay. Place was clean and comfortable. You can hear footsteps upstairs but to be honest I don’t think there’s a place in all of Italy that’s soundproof lol. This place comes highly recommended.

Very poor value for money of the apartment.

Staying in the apartment was a very disappointing experience. The check in itself is a very alarming process. The apartment staff requires all guests to send them photos of their ID document. This raises serious concerns about the security of personal data information. The apartment needs to be refreshed and is not very comfortable e.g. there was no single handle to hang towels in the bathroom. The walls in the building are very thin and the neighbors are quite noisy which effectively makes difficult to sleep and rest. For a 5-day stay for 3 people was provided only one roll of toilet paper. After pointing out that this is an insufficient amount, the staff informed that toilet paper is only a “courtesy kit”. Similarly, with coffee, the description of the apartment says that there is a coffee maker, but it is to be expected that there may not be enough coffee for all guests. I would also like to point out that the apartment staff adds an additional fee if dishes are left unwashed. Internet in the apartment is of very poor quality, in addition, for part of our stay it was not available at all. Very poor value for money of the apartment.

i felt like the sheets weren't properly clean - i found a little blood stain in the corner of my sheet. otherwise the apartment was very clean.

Comfortable, bright and spacious apartment close to the old town. With temperatures in the high 30s the air conditioning was wonderful.

Due to noise from the above apartment we decided to move to the sofa bed but shocked to find it hadnt been cleaned or sheets changed from previous renters.

Bologna is a fun and vibrant town and the apt was well located to all the amazing eateries, bars and entertainment.

The apt was modern and spacious The host was great at coming on site to bring linen and a nap for us.

We couldn’t find any cutlery - we didn’t ask the host however. There was, what looked like, some mould in the shower. The apt is well located however it’s also close to the bus stop which has an announcement over the PA each time a bus arrives which can be heard from the apt It’s quite noisy.

Easy to walk to from the train station and into old town. Apartment was big and had everything you needed. Easy check in with codes for doors and outside gate.

As it says in the facilities toiletries included we could have done with a few extra shower gels. We were there for 4 days and was only left 2 for 2 ofus.

Nice apartment with great location.

Location was great, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. Check-in was possible even very late, which was really useful for us. Communication was smooth with the agency and Daria was exceptionally friendly and helpful!

Excellent experience. I highly recommend the apartment!!! The location is central, close to Piazza Maggiore, but in a very quiet neighborhood. It is close to several bus stations, so moving around is easy. The apartment is very clean, roomy and well-equipped. There is no check-in time restriction because the host provides the door codes for both the building and the apartment. The host responds immediately to any request. Thank you for your hospitality. I will use the apartment again on my next trip to Bologna.

Good, nice appartment in a very central location.

The flat was clean and warm. It was in a central location, only minutes away from the main attractions or spots. The host was kind and we checked in online and via video call to make things even easier. All doors were password protected and no keys needed which was very convenient.

The bath tab was inconvenient with the shower head fixed on the ceiling which was dripping cold water when we were trying to use the remote shower head.

The location was excellent! 50m to a multi route bus stop, 10 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore and a 20 minute walk to the train station. The terrace was quite large but had no view. The apartment was well equipped. There was plenty of hot water. The WiFi worked well.

The mattress was too thin. I found my hips and shoulders were sore when I got up in the morning.

Great location, well thought out arrangements, organized, detailed and easy to follow written instructions, kitchen well stocked, nice bathroom.

Pull out couch not too comfortable. I would like them to be a bit more "large", e.g. with cold water at arrival (2 small bottles for 4 people), toilet paper, shampoo insufficient etc. Small things, very inexpensive, that make a difference in the guest's experience. It also seemed strange that Daria asked us for all of our IDs before arrival and then requested a video call to verify it was actually us. It hasn't occured to me before, but perhaps there is a good reason for it. I understand owners were not on site, but it seems to me verifying one person would suffice.
