Прекрасное расположение: буквально 3 минуты ходьбы от центрального вокзала, перпендекулярная улица. До центра пешком совсем близко. Очень чистые и уютные апартаменты, было всё необходимое и продуманное до мелочей: кофемашина, много посуды. Рекомендую всем -- не пожалеете. Магазинов, кофеен, ресторанов вокруг много.

Не знаю, было всё чудесно, не к чеиу придраться :)

Everything! The apartment is so big and beautiful! 3 minutes walking distance from Bologna Centrale train station, 15-20 min walking from the city center. Shops and great places with good food, near the apartment, we really enjoyed the area. Beautiful apartment, will come back and book again here!

The heating system was difficult to set, it was too hot so we closed it, but still hot temperature. We suggest to have salt, pepper, oil, a small pot in the kitchen and a washing machine. Little details make the difference and it is such a great accommodation!

La posizione centrale vicina alla stazione ferroviaria, sicuramente un punto a favore. La pulizia degli ambienti soddisfacente. Aver trovato l'appartamento con una temperatura calda all'arrivo.

Purtroppo la cosa che non ci e piaciuta affatto e aver trovato le pentole della cucina in uno stato pietoso, (Probabilmente per l'incuria di ospiti precedenti), in alcune il fondo delle pentole era ancora pieno di residui carbonizzati che non vengono via, (vedi foto allegate). Si consiglia al gestore in questi casi, di farsi rimborsare dall'ospite il danno provocato e rimpiazzare le pentole con delle pentole nuove, in modo che i nuovi clienti non debbano subire le conseguenze dei danni altrui.
