Property was very clean and well Appointed, secure and in an ideal area for Our needs as we were doing a few trips Out of Bologna by train

La pulizia da migliorare ,iniziando dal portone in ferro all entrata Porre attenzione alla biancheria ,se pur pulita se è macchiata non è piacevole

Comoda nuova e pulita

location was handy to the train station and with walking distance to main shops, city and attractions, every room had individual air-conditioning, apartment was modern

the street outside is under construction with a tram line, area lot of homeless people, heaps of graffiti around the area. On arrival there was no linen for the 3rd bed that was sorted later, but few maintenance issues like one of the draws broken it completely fell apart, one bathroom the entire shower handle fell off but we fixed that ourselves, another shower had water spraying out of the head of it into the bathroom and bad sewer smell. TV in the main room could not get it to work, there was no wash soap provided, it would be handy to information manual, it was the last day we found the washing machine behind roller door on the balcony I did message the property manager as no information on empty the rubbish bins we look everywhere for the main rubbish bins
