Le calme dans la résidence et aux alentours, la gentillesse des résidents croisés, la proximité d'un grand parc pour promener le chien où jouer au football (30 mètres), assez de places disponibles sur le parking. Même pour un 4ème étage sans ascenseur, le logement est tout à fait adapté pour une famille.
La machine à laver qui nous a taché des vêtements. Nous avons été dans une laverie en ville.

Position was ok, 20 minutes walk from the station.
The house itself needs a bit of an update and some little changes. At the moment there is no shower curtain and no shower head hook, make it very tricky to take a shower. Very little shampoo / body wash provision. Found very bad the fact that I had to empty the air con tank regularly. Coffee machine full of limescale. 4th floor with no elevator, and was not specified in the description. There was no info about the WiFi, we had to look around for a while to find the password.

Casa poco pulita specie zona cucina con annessi utensili soprattutto conservati con pasta all interno, io consiglierei di indicare che e un quarto piano senza ascensore perché chi va a Bologna per interventi in ospedale non può salire quattro piani a piedi
