I highly recommend staying in these apartments.

It is close to the train station. The apartment was clean with a comfortable bed with crisp white linens, plenty of storage, and it was warm. There's a large bottle of water in the refrigerator, and there were tea bags, sugar, and coffee capsules on the table waiting for us. It's so nice, especially when guests forget or don't have time to buy water or tea. Care for the customers is traced in these small things. The coded lock system is very convenient. In short, it's like being at home. Constant communication with the office is available via work phones and email. We had a problem with phone calls due to our operator, and they gave me a key to the garage. The company has provided solutions for such problems, which speaks to a serious, businesslike, and responsible approach to work. I highly recommend staying in apartments with of this company and wish them success and many satisfied customers.

It did the job on this occasion but I don’t think I would stay there again.

Great apartment, great staff, good location

The instructions to access the apartment and garage were incredibly detailed and very helpful. Staff were very responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a large complex with several buildings, on a major road on one side and the main train station on the other. We heard almost no noise! It’s an easy 20 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. The apartment we had is effectively one room with ensuite. One one side is the fully equipped kitchen and dining table and on the other is the bed and lots of cupboards. Huge balcony. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had a full sized fridge and everything you would need. The car park, building and apartment all require a unique code to enter so it feels extra safe, not that the area felt otherwise.

Took forever for the hot water to come through when you ran a tap.

Great location, easy host to deal with, clean, comfortable, quiet, 2 bathrooms which is great and balcony to hang washing which was very helpful. We walked into the city every day. had a lovely stay.

I got what I wanted and the price was right!

I booked this apartment for the balcony, distance to bus station (750m on the flat), streaming channels, washer and price (just over 100 euro per night including the tourist tax of 6.5 euro per night ). The staff is very communicative and helpful. You MUST have data and be smart phone friendly as all check- in and communication is thru the phone. There are multiple door codes. This flat is on the 10th floor (elevator) in a very urban complex but directions are clear and with pictures. There is a great view of the skyline and the walk to the center is 15 minutes with supermarkets near by. It doesn’t have great decor but there is a full kitchen and the apartment is open, bright and safe. There is a gigantic 55inch smart tv, blackout metal shutters and a huge balcony. There is a full kitchen but no salt/pepper/oil etc. There is an espresso machine with some pods that I did not use. The bed was too soft for me (you will leave a body indentation) and you cannot control the central temperature besides turning the AC on or off. You have to ask for the office to change temperature for you. I think it is set at 21• The shower pressure is amazing! And there is a bathtub with great large bath towels. I definitely got everything I wanted and would stay again, choosing practicality over aesthetic. They have multiple properties so I will include pics of the apartment to avoid confusion.

Easy and smooth check-in process, everything was perfectly organized. The apartment is comfortable, and exactly as described. Location is great and very convenient. Highly recommend – a perfect place for a stay!

Secure apartment complex, parking and great comminication

The apartment was comfortable, clean and in a secure complex. The secure parking was an added bonus and so easy to access. The staff's communication was wonderful before and throughout our stay.

It was walking distance to the centre, however, the central piazza was about an 18 minute walk away, and transport options would take as long as walking. It wasn't a problem for us, but just worth mentioning if you would rather be closer.

Hottest apartment ever. You don’t know which apartment you will get until after you pay. Do not rent from this company.

Spacious with great shower

Worst night’s sleep ever. The a/c does not work. Management claims the a/c instructions are buried someplace in the 15 pages of check-in instructions, but I am not the first person to complain about the a/c.

We were in the middle of a 35 day vacation so we loved the clothes washer. We were super excited to wash clothes. The apartment was large and we all had our own spaces. The beds were comfortable and the patio was huge. We really appreciated the water bottles.

One of the lights in the living room kept going on and off, no matter what switches we messed with. Eventually we just took the lightbulb out. My daughter was pretty sure that was because it was haunted. Ha! Everything else was great!

Great location with parking on site.

Location within easy walking distance of Bologna old city, good secure parking and absolutely necessary air- conditioning. Good kitchen appliances. Comfortable large apartment - bit basic with the furnishings.

Not great for the environment energy-wise due to poor window shading - incredibly hot in the apartment with the sun streaming through large windows. Curtains block the floor air conditioning units, which we had to use day and night. And provision of a stendibiancheria (clothes airer) instead of wasteful electric dryer would be sensible. Halogen lights = more unwanted heat, and kept flickering intermittently. 🥵

Amazing stay, Fantastic host, would definitely book again.

Excellent central location close to all tourist attractions and travel hubs all within 10-15 minutes walk. As a family of five we felt very safe in secure in the area. Accommodation was excellent all facilities were exceptional..like home from home..lovely welcome package. Any queries were responded to immediately by the host. The host was extremely attentive nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and won’t hesitate to book again.

The only small thing was, we thought we had two bathrooms, that is with shower rooms, we had one bath/shower with toilet and one separate toilet only. Not a major issue but good to know for future bookings.

The AC cannot be individually adjusted. The sofa bed is u shaped due to wear and tear and very uncomfortable Windows are old and bent, and you can see through between the window frames and window.
