Great apartment in a very secure building and walking distance to everything.

The shower is a bit quirky and small but there is a washing machine and dryer and an iron!! Plus a secure garage.

We stayed in the Superior Apartment for three nights and felt at home from the very first moment. The apartment is spacious, bright, extremely clean, and has everything you could possibly need – a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, iron, two TVs, as well as complimentary coffee and water. After spending a few days in Florence, having a washing machine and dryer was a real lifesaver! I would especially like to mention the excellent support and hospitality of the hosts. We were able to complete the check-in process in advance and received very clear and detailed instructions on how to access and settle into the apartment. This gave us a great sense of comfort and security, especially when arriving. We also asked for some laundry detergent, and it was delivered immediately. The location is also excellent – very close to the train station and only about a 10–15 minute walk to the city centre. We would definitely stay here again!
