Excellent location and service

Very clean place with an excellent location. Andrea our host was fabulous to deal with and very prompt with all communication. The mid week clean was a great touch and appreciated

If I could make a suggestion it would be to add a washing machine, as the apartment had the space and it would be perfect for longer stays

The apartment was incredibly comfortable and spacious — even better than expected. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s clear that great attention to detail was given to make guests feel completely at ease. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need if you prefer to cook at home. The place was spotlessly clean, with high ceilings, beautiful wooden floors, and a large balcony. The soundproofing was excellent, and the electric shutters were a wonderful bonus. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Food, history & culture on the doorstep along with sunshine and a city of friendly Italians.

The apartment was located over a quiet square in the centre of Bologna, with museums, shops and restaurants within 100 meters distance. The kitchen was well equipped to enable us to prepare the goodies that we picked up locally. Despite there being two popular restaurants downstairs, there was no noise from either outside or internally.

I've thought long and hard over this question and can't think of anything!

Great location, fantastic breakfast, comfy beds, nice staff

Breakfast was great, location was great for wandering around the city. Rooms were very nice and bed was super comfy.

We made the mistake of driving in the first time we were there and let’s just say it was more of an adventure than we’d like going through the ZTL. The link they sent is a good route, but still a little scary (narrow, lots of people to avoid), but it is even worse if Google then needs to reroute you due to streets closed, protests, etc. A week later we were back and just returned our car early to the airport and then walked from the tram. Easy and nice.

Perefect comfortable apartment in a central location for a brief trip to Bologna.

We stayed at Andrea's very modern and comfortable apartment in the center of Bologna for 2 nights in December. We enjoyed our stay very much and were able to get around within Bologna very easily (without a car - parking is challenging). Communication with the host was excellent and he responded very quickly. We even left a computer in the apartment after check out and he quickly contacted us to come and retrieve it. Very helpful and thoughtful.

The apartment is very new, comfortable and is perfect for a short business or tourist trip to Bologna. It was a bit tricky to find the entrance - which is off the courtyard, but once you find it, everything works out fine. The kitchen did not have many accoutrements, but enough for a brief stay.

Just perfect to enjoy the beauty of Bologna city centre while having a warm and cosy cocoon to come back to.

Absolutely everything! The apartment has everything one could possibly need for a comfortable and cosy stay in the heart of Bologna. Nicer than on the pictures! Good bed, modern appliances, spacious living room and bathroom. Just ideal for a couple. The owner is very kind and helpful for any information you may need. We also found a bottle of water, which is a nice gesture we particularly appreciated after a long trip.

Very responsive host, apartment was well equipped and was recently renovated with quality fittings. Nice quality towels and bath robes. Great location 2 min from the Basilica but quiet for sleeping. Lovely stay.

Lovely apartment but difficult to find

This property is very difficult to find. I had not received an email from the owner explaining that there is no key just a code and had not received a note of the code. I phoned the number on the booking and did not immediately get through.Eventually the owner called me after I emailed him but it was stressful hanging around with our luggage and not knowing if we were in the right place or if anyone was going to come and meet us! Anyway the cleaners came and let us in and the owner arrived and was charming. The impression from Booking.com is that this is an apartment hotel but in fact there is no reception just two small apartments.

A pleasant, quiet recess in my work trip.

Excellent location in a historical setting, close to Piazza Maggiore and St. Petronio Basilica. The bed was quite comfortable and the temperature control excellent, thanks to two quiet fan coil units (one in the bedroom, one in the living room). Warm and elengant parquet throughout the suite except the bathroom. There was a new, fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, sink, fridge, and two tv sets (one in the bedroom, one in the living room). The room was super clean and smelled good. The view from the two large windows was interesting, on an inner court with shops. The self check-in with a code avoids the use of physical keys, I liked it. The manager was courteous and professional on the phone (I never met him face to face).

The room was hot when I arrived, because the fan coils were turned off. Next time I will remember to ask the manager to turn them on. Despite the advertisement, there was no minibar and the fridge was empty. There was no sign at the posted address, so I had to phone the manager to ask for directions.
