The location in the heart of the city, the apartment is modern, spacious and light. It has good aircon, a good kitchen, the beds and pillows firm.

As noted in some other comments, there is a bar right below that remains opens late (2am) on Fridays and Saturdays. The bar on the opposite side of the street is also open to 2am, but the noise is more of a murmur. This didn't bother us as we were getting home after midnight. However, beware if you're after an early night or you're a light sleeper.

The hosts were wonderful. Check in was easy with detailed directions to access apartment. Apartment was spacious enough and in a good location. I deeply appreciated their helping us out in two situations: when one of our people (a very inexperienced young traveler) could not get the key to work to access the apartment and the rest of us were out of town - the staff went to help her on a Sunday afternoon and show her how to work the lock. Second, we had a long (3 week) stay and really appreciated the second set of towels. Otherwise we had no towels while we were washing the first set!

I really wish they would have offered a once-a-week cleaning service and fresh linens. I know it is an apartment and we were on our own, but we had a long stay and were working in the area - it was tough to keep up with the cleaning even though we did laundry, dishes, trash, and vacuuming nearly daily (we were doing laundry at midnight after work). The apartment deteriorated quickly with four people in a small space. Someone to come once a week and do the floors, fresh linens and bathroom would have been much appreciated.
