Bad experience with heating and basic supplies

communication with landlord, the room was clean and check in was easy.

We were not able to set the temperature (heating) that we feel confortable, they claim is regulated by the municipality to a maximum of 19c. That got my wife sick and ruined her holidays. They didn't have toilet paper, we had to go into the store to get one. They didn't have enough silverware for 5 people, only for 2. What a joke it was. I would never go back.

Just Perfect!

Comfy, modern, clean and spacious apartment, just a 5 min. walk from Piazza Maggiore. Newly renovated and well equipped, we couldn' t ask for anything more. It looked even better than the photos provided. The building is in a very good condition and it has an elevator. Also the check in procedure was very easy. I would definitely book again.

There are a couple of bars on the side street and it can get a bit noisy late at night, but we didn't mind.

Amazing, would definitely come back

The apartment was very clean and well located. Everything was within walking distance. There is big supermarket 4 minutes away and fresh fruit market 2 minutes away. The bed and the room were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make a simple dinner. The staff was very responsive and the check in fairly easy.

The only drawback was the fact that the noise coming from the bar in via Belvedere was very audible in the apartment and especially in the bedroom. But I am a deep sleeper I was not personally too impacted by it as compared to my mother.

Un lugar muy agradable y limpio para pasar unos días en Bologna, cerca de todo

Es un departamento renovado recientemente, limpio, con un espacio suficiente para sentirte cómo con una familia de cuatro personas. Cuenta con lavaropas y lavalozas. muy bien ubicado: a 15 minutos caminando de Bologna Centrale y diez minutos caminando a la Piazza Maggiore. Hay bastantes servicios cerca: supermercado, mercado, farmacias, cafés, etc.

Tal vez podría resultar molesto para alguno un bar cuyo ajetreo se escucha (no había ni gritos ni peleas, sólo una noche, bastante alegría y canto)

Naprawdę polecamy pobyt w tym obiekcie.

Lokalizacja świetna, byliśmy w listopadzie, było naprawdę spokojnie, nie słyszeliśmy żadnych hałasów z ulicy. Wszędzie blisko na pieszo. Super kontakt z obsługą mieszkania.

To co mogłabym jedynie wspomnieć, to mogłoby być odrobinę lepiej odkurzone przed przyjazdem. Dobrze gdyby kuchnia była wyposażona trochę lepiej i przydałaby się mikrofalówka. Ale to naprawdę detale.

La ubicación, a pesar de que las habitaciones dan a una habitación con mucho ambiente nocturno y hay un poco de ruido.

Había poco menaje de cocina, no habia sacacorchos, escaso papel higiénico y una tostadora que no se podía utilizar.
