Lovely Apartment

Location the best. Beautiful space. Fairly well equiped kitchen. Good beds.

I feel that if you are expected to remove garbage you should be supplied garbage bags. Also feel that you should be supplied with tablets for the dishwasher. Area with clothes washer was almost inaccesible.

Great location. We didn't mind the stairs but you do need to take care when bringing up luggage.

Location great. Overseeing the Piazza Maggiore was a plus. Good coffee machine.

TV needs an upgrade. Bit small for size of lounge. Water pressure in shower light. Furniture is dated & could do with an upgrade. The sofa chair seat keeps sliding down.

It was a great place to stay close to everything. A couple updates would make it perfect.

The location on the piazza can’t be beat. The views out the windows are great in every room. We met the cleaning person when we arrived and she was very nice and helpful.

The two couches were very uncomfortable to sit on. One had a seat cushion that kept slipping off and the other was very hard. If you are traveling with mobility issues, the first floor of the building is up one flight before you can take the elevator. One of the showers could use some tile replacement.

Please invest in a bit more on furnishings.

It was a completely flawless check-in system. Location was awesome and the Immobo guys were very responsive. I will stay at their properties again. I would recommend it to my friends and family. It was a good stay.

While the location of the apartment could not be ANY better, the furnishings of the apartment was quite fragile and cheap. The sofa (pink-reddish) was very uncomfortable. The beds (mattresses) were not so good.

Incredible experience -we were so glad that we booked this gem

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. I didn’t use the washer and dryer because we weren’t there long enough but the fact that there was one was incredible. The location you cannot beat. You can see the Piazza from the windows. It was really beautiful and incredible. If I came to Bologna again, I would book the same apartment!

It is an old building and a small inconvenience to get to the elevator. You had to go up one flight of stairs. We had a lot of luggage.

A localização é absurda! Bem central com uma vista maravilhosa. O ar condicionado central é os ventiladores disponíveis foram essenciais para o conforto da estadia. The location is amazing! Central and with an amazing view. The central air conditioning and the available fans were essential for the comfort of the stay.

Pequenas coisas que não atrapalharam. O chuveiro da suíte demorava a esquentar a água, as estantes do banheiro estavam um pouco inclinadas e as vezes os cosméticos caíam. Little things that didn't get in the way. The shower in the suite took a little longer to heat up the water, the bathroom shelves were a little inclined and sometimes the cosmetics fell.

Fehler in der Anzeige: "P" (Parkplatz) wird bei der "Ausstattung" des Hotels auf booking.com angezeigt - es gibt jedoch keinen Parkplatz! Parken nur in Parkgaragen (24 - 50€ pro Tag!) möglich.

optima localização para quem vai a pé ou transportes publicos. com carro mais dificil, zona pedonal. tivemos direito a viste privilegiada sobres festejos do 1 de maio, musica ao viso

o predio tem elevador só a patir do 1º andar. Do res do chao para 1ºandar escadaria ingreme e apertada. com malas grandes é dificil de subir.
