Location perfect for station and Bologna centre, spacious double rooms and lounge /dining area
Unfortunately host was not reachable due to what transpired as personal problems but would recommend a “plan b” to be set in place in case of emergency.
We didn’t have two sets of keys which was a problem both in case of loss (again as host not answering messages) but also if we had different plans as a group.
Would also recommend to have an iron on the property (catering for travellers with crumpled clothes) and also a broom/mop just to clean up in case of spills etc and there were no wine glasses

Unschlagbare zentrale Lage, 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof und Zentrum zu Fuß. Wohnung sehr großzügig und sehr sauber, alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, 2 Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite und trotzdem nachts ruhig, 2 Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof. Küche gut ausgestatted, Wasserflaschen, Kaffee, Tee sowie Kekse sind vorhanden für den ersten Morgenkaffee bei Sonnenaufgang auf dem Balkon. Einfache Kommunikation mit Vermieter, klare und detaillierte Beschreibung des Check-in Prozesses, Gepäck kann untergestellt werden, Parkplätze im Innenhof sicher, Zugang zu Innenhof mit Türcode, videoüberwacht
