Nice property in the heart of Bologna. Great space, nicely done and well maintained. Great for a weekend trip.

Antonio doesn’t know how to communicate. Received a WhatsApp at 3 o clock at night with my travel information. That morning I transferred directly 58 euro for parking and tax. The same day 11 hours later he send again a message for payment while 11 hours before he’s said thanks for the transfer (he still hasn’t read my message). Because he didn’t asked for id before check in. He asked for 5,80 tax per person, but one of my child is 10 years old and the tourist tax is from 14. He needs to tell it, so Antonio hope you get a coffee from my extra money. The advert mentions breakfast but there is nothing more than some cookies and chemical cornetti. Very misleading to call it breakfast included. And if so, whe were with 6 and two cornetti and some biscuits… in short Antonio is not a real host, he doesn’t know anything about hospitality.

Amazing loft but service…..

Spacious and comfortable Loft

Lots of homeless on the street nearby. No parking available despite the description and request made No real breakfast included ( just coffee and a basket of commercial cakes for 3 days for 4 people…) Difficult to reach the staff on the day of arrival

It was great, I am returning to the same property, for a second reservation.

It is conveniently located, shops restaurants and sites to visit nearby. Antonio the person that handles the reservation is very helpful and always available and willing to help with any issues that arise in a timely manner.

We got surprised that there is not breakfast as they mentioned, plus there was construction all day on the roads and that was very unconfutable and annoying

Appartamento molto accogliente e luminoso con ampi spazi, quattro camere da letto con letti molto comodi ma solo un bagno. Comodissimo il posto auto e perfetto il check-in flessibile.

Un solo bagno per sei persone, molto rumorosa per via dei lavori, non è vero che la colazione è inclusa, sei cornetti vuoti industriali e una sola bottiglietta d’acqua da mezzo litro da dividere per sei persone. Ci siamo sentiti un po’ presi in giro perché avevamo selezionato questa struttura dopo aver attivato il filtro della colazione inclusa nella ricerca. Zero flessibilità nel check in e check out

nonostante il caldo di bologna siamo stati benissimo

tutto bene, posto perfetto, al centro di bologna una volta parcheggiata la macchina ti puoi muovere a piedi con estrema facilità, l'host tutto ok, a disposizione per tutto, nonostante i lavori esterni non abbiamo sentito nulla

metterei un bagno in più visto la grandezza dell'appartamento e soprattutto il numero delle camere

Appartamenti in pieno centro, molto vicino alla stazione, grande, lumino, pulito e molto bello!

Parcheggio auto a pagamento molto caro, considerando che si parcheggia in dei garage piccoli di proprietà della casa! 20 euro al giorno e 6 euro di tassa sono esagerati e’ anche vero che se arrivate in auto e’ una bella comodità
