A very nice and spacious place to stay in Bologna. There are some things that need fixing, but overall very nice place!

The apartment was very spacious and there were a lot of bathrooms and bedrooms. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to problems that arose.

The apartment does need fixing. A lot of small things are broken (trashcans, toilet brush etc). The electricity kept turning off during our stay, which was inconvenient. Some facilities were also broken/out of order (dishwasher, washer/dryer, kitchen faucet), but the owner offered to pay for any extra expenses due to this.

Perfect location, nice apartment that needs a little improvement

The location was perfect. It was a little over a mile walk from the train station, slightly uphill the entire way, but my family of 5 travel light and only had a backpack and carry-on roller board each, so there were only a few spots where cobblestone roads made it laborious. Checking in was easy, as Agostino was very responsive on WhatsApp, and emailed a link to a website that provided online opening of the exterior door to the building. There was a key box on the apartment door (which is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator) that allowed access to the security gate inside the building and the apartment. Once unpacked and ready to head out, you are literally one block from Piazza Maggiore, restaurants, cafes, a Coop store, and dozens of markets. The apartment itself was very large and quiet, since it's in the attic of the building with no one above and we never heard anyone below or street noise at all. The beds were comfortable and the air condition kept us nice and cool, although we were there in May before the heat of summer. Wifi was solid, there's one smart TV in the living room (no TV's in bedrooms), and there was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room for all of us to visit and discuss our favorite activities of each day. There's also a washer and dryer, so we were able to do all of our laundry at this 3 night stop; the halfway point of our two week trip. With a few improvements, we'd stay there again (see negatives below).

The entire apartment needs to be deep cleaned. There was so much dust on the exposed wooden beams in the ceiling, the door frames, window seals, and what looked like storage boxes in the inaccessible loft in the main bedroom that we all experienced extreme allergy symptoms. The air coming from the HVAC vent in the kitchen above the sink smelled foul like mold or sewage, but fortunately the living room and bedrooms are all upstairs from there with a door separating the spaces that we just kept closed. None of us are overly sensitive to allergens, but every time we arrived home for the night, we all started coughing and got itchy eyes - symptoms that disappeared completely within an hour of leaving the apartment each day. This could easily be fixed with a deep cleaning. The shower in the hallway bathroom drained very slowly, which caused water to back up and overflow out of the shower and out onto the floor, but we learned to shower quickly after the first day and got out before the water level rose above the shower pan edges after that. The kitchen only had one glass in it (a single wine glass) and could use a refresh of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. For a vacation rental that accommodates up to 10 people, the kitchen was severely lacking. We made carbonara at the apartment one night using pasta we made at class earlier that day, and finding sufficient pots, pans, and utensils was difficult. All of these issues are easy to resolve and Agostino's apartment has a lot of potential once corrected!

Really disappointing on every level.

Not much!

I don’t enjoy giving a poor review but MY GOD they deserve it. 1. No check in till AFTER 4pm after being advised to come between 12 & 1 (on a 36 degree day) 2. Very poor or non existent communication with BnB host Agostino who failed to provide either clear information or access to the property as agreed & paid for. He only takes an interest when you’re checking out of property. 3. Electrical faults in property shut power down four times during the stay (4 floor walk down and up to fuse box 4.No beauty comfort products as advertised. There is also no jacuzzi as advertised - It’s a normal spa bath. 5. Dangerous layout of property lead to serious injuries amongst guests. Beams to bump your head on - 60 stairs with no lift before you even get into the property. 6. There are no views! 7. I broke my foot and two toes falling down the stairs. I forgot to leave 20 euro for city taxes and Augustine threatened to report me to the authorities!

Apartment advertised as having a ‘jacuzzi’, a more accurate description would be a ‘jacuzzi bath’. Should be part of apartment title. Main bathroom shower not draining correctly leading to puddling. Many electrical sockets unable to accept travel adapters

Muito bem localizada, mesmo no centro mas num local muito sossegado. Limpa, agradável e confortável. As camas eram muito confortáveis e existe aquecimento em toda a casa. Casas de banho para todos os quartos .Cozinha equipada para fazer refeições. Sempre que contactei com o anfitrião ele respondeu logo. Recomendamos .

Appartamento stupendo un bellissimo palazzo storico, in pieno centro. Essendo al secondo piano è silenzioso di notte nonostante la posizione centrale. Tutto pulitissimo. Proprietario gentile e molto disponibile.

Die Unterkunft war sensationell, sehr sauber und zentral dennoch ruhig. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da.

Die Kommunikation war eher spärlich und wir wurden sehr kurz vor der Anreise über den Zugang informiert. Beim Nachrichten Austausch kam keine Antwort über das WLAN Passwort und das WLAN funktionierte nicht. Wenn es aber ums bezahlen der Steuern oder dem Check out ging war er schnell mit schreiben. Schade dafür.

Praticamente è piaciuto tutto a tutte noi 😊 È stato tutto perfetto, alloggio strepitoso, pulito in pieno centro.Finalmente tanti bagni, visto che l'alloggio può ospitare dieci persone noi eravamo in nove. Agostino risponde tempestivamente, persona molto cordiale. Grazie .
