The location is unbeatable, it’s next to the Piazza Maggiore and in immediacy of restaurants and stores. The place is quite big, very comfortable and offers everything you need. The A/C was great when everything outside was +30 C.

Not a dislike but more like warning, they are upfront about the stairs, but if you are someone who can’t handle stairs very well either because of age, fatigue or some limitation, please do consider it. You have to go up 4 sets of stairs and then inside there are more stairs to get to some rooms. It might be a bit much for some people.

The apartment sits in a great location within a very cool, character‑filled building. The full kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the beds were comfortable throughout the stay. Having individual AC units was a big plus, especially for adjusting temperatures room by room. Overall, the space offered a solid mix of comfort and convenience. The layout is worth noting for future guests: the upper‑floor bedroom is open to the lower‑floor bedroom, which limits privacy between those two spaces. Out of the three bedrooms, only one is fully private. This may matter depending on the group’s needs.

The staircase design could be challenging for some guests. The stairs were open‑riser with glass treads that were fully see‑through, which may feel uncomfortable or unsafe for anyone uneasy with heights or transparent steps. It’s a distinctive design choice, but one that’s important to be aware of before booking.

the stairs!! two flights of very steep stairs - no lift- and no warning they might be a challenge. think a warning should definitely be included in the property overview.
