Amazing location. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Fantastic location and a very comfortable apartment. It was a squeeze with 7 guests but Bologna is so beautiful we spent most of our time exploring. Modern but with character, clean and cozy.

The kitchen is on the small side so those who like to cook may be frustrated with that, and the hot water ran out pretty quickly (but we had been warned). The mezzanine floor overlooking the downstairs bedroom is odd, although not an issue in the case of two couples staying for example.

Great location but a few tweaks needed

The location is perfect. The flat is spacious, clean and modern. But there were a number of faults… * Only 4 toilet rolls for 6 people for 3 nights * The shower door in the downstairs does not shut meaning a leak every time a shower was taken * there are no big mirrors in the entire properly. Really not acceptable

Modern accomodation on a great location

Fantastic location in the middle of the city, practically on the Piazza Maggiore. Modern apartment with a lot of facilities. Very friendly guests and a good service.

The apartment is for 8 persons, but there is one sleeping couch in the upper bedroom that is really uncomfortable to sleep on. You can feel the metallic frame through the "matress".

Disappointed

the location

the booking reflected “primo piano” which means first floor and it was not. access was very difficult since the elevator was on the first Italian floor which is the second floor and it was very difficult for my mom. They have a bedroom on their first floor but the second floor was weird with glass steps. if you have a heavy suitcase, forget it. For the price I paid for one night, it was too high for the booking. We did not have any toiletries as expected.

Very good

The location is perfect! Rooms were comfortable and clean. The AC worked great as it was warm during our stay. The host was prompt meeting us and with responses to questions we had about the kitchen equipment.

We are all youngish in good shape but if you are not this is not the place for you. Multiple levels to get to apartment although the back entrance had an elevator you still had to navigate a spiral staircase. Once in the apartment the main bedroom and one of the bathrooms is up a very steep set of stairs. Also the guest guide book needs an instruction on how to use the stove top. With all that I would highly recommend this apartment for the location is just perfect!

Excellent stay in the heart of old Bologna

The central location could not have been better. It was bang in the centre of the historic old town and on the very street that makes up one of the famous food & drink areas. Night life was buzzing, but area felt very safe. The property itself is beautifully presented and the bedrooms are of a good size. As a duplex apartment, Bedroom One is on the lower floor and contains two single beds and a bathroom en suite. It also has a balcony overlooking the main room which has a sofa bed in it which could serve as an extra sleeping area. The master bedroom is situated in the eaves of the property (accessed via a clear ‘floating’ staircase) and has a King sized bed with its own bathroom attached. Fair warning though, the master bedroom has a very low ceiling in some places, so anyone over 5ft 10in will have to do some ducking, especially in the bathroom. Showers had plenty of hot water and were powerful. Check in was easy and convenient. We were given an ‘apartment folder’, which had a lot of useful details and restaurant recommendations etc in it. Kitchen was clean and cups, crockery and pots etc were provided.

I didn’t dislike anything at all! However, a few helpful tidbits to know about beforehand. It isn’t that quiet in the lower floor bedroom. It’s on a central street with bustling nightlife, the apartment is fairly high up so the noise isn’t ridiculous, but as with all Italian old properties, it isn’t soundproofed, so basically light sleepers should bring earplugs. The master bedroom in contrast is like sleeping in a tomb. No noise makes it up there, so that should be where the lightest sleepers reside. Access to the property is up several, fairly steep, flights of stairs and there is no lift. Something to bear in mind if you are partial to a heavy suitcase. Inside the property, access to the master suite is via some clear ‘floating stairs’. An architectural choice which definitely won’t be up everyone’s street, or indeed, up to their fear level. I wouldn’t even attempt to bring a heavy suitcase up it. It may be a struggle for those with a fear of heights or vertigo. Very small thing, but weirdly, no washing up liquid was provided in the kitchen. We bought some from a local supermarket very cheaply (to wash up mugs), but still would normally expect this to be supplied. Might just have been an oversight for our short stay though.

the city is great

the location is prime right in the center close to all attractions and restaurants the aircondition was great and needed

it should be mentioned that you have to climb stairs to get to the elevator also there are about 20 stairs in the apartment itself there was just one set of keys to all guests the wi fi was not consistent

Kontakt z właścicielem, lokalizacja i komfort mieszkania sprawiły, że to był wyjazd marzeń!

Podróżowaliśmy z przyjaciółmi i dziećmi do lat 6. Kontakt z przedstawicielami rewelacyjny, czuliśmy się bezpiecznie przed wylotem. Gdy dotarliśmy na miejsce lokalizacja okazała się niesamowita. Samo centrum, a mimo to w mieszkaniu cisza. Przestronne, czyste, perfekcyjnie wyposażone. Jest i żelazko i suszarka do włosów i toster (ulubione śniadanie dzieci) Jedliśmy na mieście, ale i korzystaliśmy z kuchni i niczego nam nie brakowało jeśli chodzi o sprzęty. Sklepy typu lepszej jakości żabka bardzo blisko mieszkania w kilku punktach, na dole lokalne jedzenie, wino i kawa. Do autobusu z lotniska mieliśmy raptem 700m. Nie brakło ciepłej wody mimo że było nas 7 osób (ktoś gdzieś pisał takie komentarze), mieszkanie ogrzewane i każdy mógł ustawić sam temp odpowiednią dla siebie. Nie pamiętam kiedy tak się wyspałam, trafił nam się świetny materac. Czytaliśmy narzekanie że wysoko i bez windy. Przecież to centrum starej Bolonii, poradziliśmy sobie świetnie nawet mając wózki. To był wspaniały czas dający wiele wspomnień. Naprawdę skorzystajcie z tego mieszkania i poznawajcie Bolonie.

Sconsigliatissimo, se non volete rovinare il vostro soggiorno a Bologna cercate un’altra struttura.

Nulla è stato un disastro mai più sconsigliatissimo.

L’appartamento si trova in piena ZTL, nonostante avessimo avvisato i proprietari del nostro arrivo in auto non siamo stati allertati di nulla (arriveranno un bel po’ di multe), abbiamo dovuto lasciare l’auto in un parcheggio a pagamento distante 1 km al costo di sole 44 euro al giorno e trascinare con due bambini valigie e borse per un Km, situato in una via affollatissima piena di locali notturni e di pescherie praticamente impossibile dormire, alle prime luci dell’alba si svuotano i locali e si aprono i negozi di pesce sulla stessa strada. La casa si trova in cima ad un vecchio palazzo per raggiungerlo cinque rampe di scale infinite senza ascensore. Abbiamo trovato una finestra bloccata a causa della quale impossibile chiudere le persiane esterne quindi abbiamo dormito (poiché senza tende) con il letto vista case adiacenti senza nessuna privacy. La proprietaria nonostante sapesse del problema non ci ha informato e non ha risposto alle nostre chiamate per due giorni siamo stati abbandonati senza nessuna scusa o spiegazione. In bagno per fare la doccia bisogna allagare mezzo appartamento, non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglietta di acqua in frigo (costo 10 centesimi), avevamo chiesto due letti matrimoniali abbiamo trovato due lettini separati scomodissimi. Ci sarebbe ancora da scrivere ma preferisco dimenticare un esperienza di questo tipo. Sono molto deluso.
