Super clean and spacious.

Very spacious, super clean and well equipped condo. Very convenient to public transport; bus station 50 meters, train station 5 minutes walk. Small supermarket right next door. On site parking. Excellent alternative to tiny European hotel rooms!

Perfect stay in Bologna.

Excellent guest with very good explanations on how to get there and gat the keys. Appartment is perfect, very spacious, very high quality. Big plus is the parking space included. Our bets stay in Italy so far. Appartment is about 50 mn walk from Piazza Maggiore, this has to be taken into account. You can either walk or use parkings just outside the ZTL, like at the train station.

Worth every euro.

Everything was perfect, apartment seems to be brand new, rooms are spacious, it has 2 large bathrooms, kitchen and balcony. We arrived with 2 cars and had free parking for both. There are lovely local caffes nearby and super market is next to the appartment. Also theres a nice pub called "Old Bridge Pub" 5 minutes by foot with delicious traditional food and varities of beers.

Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato, ben attrezzato, con attenzione ai dettagli.

Abbiamo trovato la cucina un po’ piccola per 6 persone, ma nel complesso tutto nella norma.

Molto bene tutto ok

Bel alloggio, ci sono ancora lavori in corso nel condominio, ma non da fastidio. Ottimo il posto auto riservato CONSIDERO UN PLUS. Peccato non si sia riuscito ad uscire sul balconcino perché c’era inferriata bloccata. Molto bello il condominio

Unica pecca non ci sono indicazioni per lo smaltimento della differenziata

PRO Alloggio moderno e molto spazioso con tutti i comfort (eravamo 6 adulti e 2 bambini). Zona che si collega facilmente al centro storico grazie i mezzi pubblici. Proprio accanto un supermercato per eventuali acquisti. Gestione interamente da remoto ma disponibili anche in tarda serata per emergenze. Istruzioni di accesso e di uso degli elettrodomestici inviate digitalmente.

CONTRO L'intero condominio é in ristrutturazione ed ancora sono presenti delle zone in ristrutturazione (ma non all'interno dell'appartamento e non hanno mai dato fastidio). Istruzioni di accesso e di uso degli elettrodomestici inviate digitalmente, ma consiglio di stilare anche delle istruzioni stampate da lasciare in appartamento.

Sehr schönes Appartement in Zentrumsnähe

Sehr schönes, sauberes, grosszügiges Appartement mit qualitativ hochstehender, wahrscheinlich ziemlich neuer Infrastruktur (Bäder, Küche). Die Lage ist für einen Bologna Besuch ausgezeichnet, Anbindung mit dem Bus, die Innenstadt ist aber auch in ca. 25 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt nicht in der Umweltzone (momentan) und kann direkt mit dem Auto angefahren werden, Parkplatz vorhanden. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt um sich mit fast allem nötigen zu versorgen, perfekt. Werde die Wohnung gerne wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen, der kleine, negative Dämpfer (siehe unten...) kann sicher in Zukunft bereinigt werden...

Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte zuerst nicht, wir hätten im Vorfeld unserer Ankunft ein Video zugeschickt bekommen sollen, die Links zu diesen Videos wurden aber von Booking gelöscht / entfernt, somit hatten wir vor Ort keine Ahnung wie wir ins Haus kommen. Anrufe an den Vermieter wurden nicht angenommen (begreiflich, an einem Sonntag Vormittag, wir waren aber zum vereinbarten Termin vor Ort). Erst eine WhatsApp Nachricht wurde nach 20 Minuten beantwortet und die notwendigen Videos zugeschickt. Dies trübte die Ankunft etwas, kann aber in der Zukunft technisch sicher vereinfacht werden.

Schicke Wohnung in einer wunderschönen Stadt.

Sehr schöne, geschmackvoll, neu renovierte Wohnung mit sehr guter Anbindung mit Bus zur Altstadt.

Der Check-in Prozess vor der Anreise war sehr umständlich und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ein bisschen schleppend.

Η διαδικασία της παραλαβής των κλειδιών και του check-in. Δεν υπήρχαν αρκετές πετσέτες για διαμονή μιας εβδομάδας, ούτε χαρτιά υγείας. Το σιφώνι στην κουζίνα ήταν ελαττωματικό με αποτέλεσμα να πλένουμε τα πιάτα στο μπάνιο.

Był to bardzo udany pobyt w bardzo ładnym mieście.

Ładne, czyste, komfortowe mieszkanie, ładnie wyposażone i zaaranżowane, dwie łazienki odpowiednia ilość kosmetyków, ręczniki. Blisko sklep spożywczy, przystanek autobusowy. Trochę dalej od centrum miasta, ale wcale nam to nie przeszkadzało.
