Luxury Penthouse in the heart of Bologna

Manque de vaisselles et de casseroles pour faire déjeuner ou dîner. Il n’y a qu’un seul grand lit, dans les 2 autres chambres les lits sont petits pour les couples. Pas de store pour les 2 chambres du haut (pas d’obscurité). L’interphone sonne souvent car tout le monde sait que cela ouvre la porte (a mettre en silencieux)

It’s spacious, the location is perfect and the airco’s work well. Except for a broken chair, it was in a decent state.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. With 120cm the beds are too narrow for 2. When we requested extra sheets to use the sofa-bed, the staff was unwilling to provide them, so we ended up having to purchase our own. Another drawback was that the apartment's doorbell at the building entrance is linked to the building's entrance system. Other residents frequently ring it to open the main entrance, the bell in the apartment rang constantly throughout the day, which made it hard to relax. Additionally, the kitchen supplies were fairly basic, and the small balcony is locked.

The location was wonderful. Great views and natural light. Large and spacious for our family. Clean upon arrival.

Only 4 sets of towels supplied for 8 guests. Kitchen was lacking enough glasses, plates, and utensils for 8. Not enough chairs at the dining table for 8. If you say a space can accomodate 8, then it needs to have all the necessities for 8 people. The wifi information was incorrect in the check-in email. Beds we uncomfortable. And several people used the buzzer for the door at all hours of the day who were not staying in the unit. We had to disconnect the phone because it kept waking up the baby and other guests.
