Very good accommodation, with some room for improvement though

The location of the apartment is great: in a walking distance from the Stazione Centrale, from the Piazza Maggiore and all the main attractions in the city center. The apartment is big with 2 bedrooms with double bed and 3 rooms with single and half bed, but where 2 adults can still fit. We were 7 adults and we could fit well. The presence of 3 bathrooms each equipped with shower and one even with both bathtub and shower made all quick and easy also in a very hot Bologna. Each bedroom is provided with air-conditioning. The apartment is very quiet and we did not hear any noise from the streets. The kitchen is well equipped even though for our short stay we used only the kettle and the fridge.

We have been given only one key, that makes necessary to leave it always in the key locker, when leaving the apartment; and in case someone is already inside taking a nap there is no chance for other guests to get in without ringing the bell. This can be annoying especially when you have a large group like ours (7 adults) with different attitudes and habits. There is an electronic key locked to the key ring necessary to turn on the electricity and the air-conditioning (hotel room style): this is a smart way to save energy (and the electricity bill) but it resulted eventually in air-conditioning running at full speed when we returned home at night since the rooms were really hot. A trade-off between the wish to prevent an exaggerated abuse of air-conditioning left running when nobody is at home, and facing super hot rooms at night would be auspicated. Last but not least, I was trying to communicate with the host through Booking and email to report an issue but with slow reaction time from them, but I should have called instead: next time I will definitely do that regardless of the time of the day and night.

Worn out, uncomfortable, and overpriced.

It was fairly central.

The property is in a university district. Lots of noise, graffiti, and trash around the neighborhood. Noisy at night. The apartment is like a dormitory: rooms to sleep in and a kitchen. Only the smallest of common areas. The kitchen is poorly equipped. Don’t think about cooking here, or even bringing back a meal to eat here. Everything is old and tired. The water runs hot and cold, consistently, making showers an adventure. The beds are hard and uncomfortable.

1.La casa era fredda, ma credo ci sia stato un problema di timer del termostato. 2. L'appartamento era pulito, tuttavia le lenzuola di una stanza emanavano un odore di "usato" , ma poteva essere colpa del detersivo usato

Buena estancia

La ubicación perfecta. 5 habitaciones grandes, 3 baños, bien de equipación. Gel, champú, secadores, etc. Pudimos dejar maletas en la oficina situada cerca de la estación de tren. Personal muy amable.

El agua de las duchas sale fría o caliente alternativamente, no se regula bien. La calefacción tampoco se regula bien, tiene spplit de aire acondicionado pero techo muy altos y temperatura justa. No tiene salón solo un sofá en un hall enfrente de cocina.

Posizione ottima e struttura accogliente e pulita. Staff gentile, paziente e pronto a intervenire in caso di necessità.

Ci sarebbe stato utile avere a portata di mano una maggiore disponibilità di bustine di sapone e carta igienica, considerando che eravamo in dieci, o comunque qualche indicazione in più su dove trovare la scorta in caso di necessità.

Casa centrale ma da fare grandi migliorie

Appartmento molto grande e spazioso, comodo per andare in centro

Appartamento in ztl senza parcheggio, chiamiamo all’host per chiedere informazioni dove parcheggiare e ci risponde (dopo 4 chiamate) in maniera molto arrogante, lui ha 80 appartamenti e era compito nostro informarci prima se l casa era in ztl e dove potevamo parcheggiare. Appartamento molto grande con alcuni bagni sprovvisti di tappetino per la doccia, sapone mani, bagnoschiuma e carta igienica. Finestre con affaccio su un chiostro e giardino da brividi, non insonorizzate( la notte c’era un gran chiasso). Esci dalla casa e ti trovi 4 secchi giganti dell’immondizia che non profumavano sicuramente. Per il prezzo pagato non vale assolutamente la pena!

Ubicación perfecta para ir andando a todos los sitios de interés. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas en el apartamento y acceder a por ellas sin problemas después del chek out. Explicaciones claras para el acceso y contacto continuo a través de mensaje.

No sale agua caliente suficiente cuando te duchas. El sábado por la noche mucho ruido en el piso de arriba por una supuesta fiesta, arrastrando los muebles gran parte de la noche.
