Pulizia, tutto nuovo, tante stanze tanti bagni, spazi grandi puliti e nuovi. Posizione per ingresso in fiera TOP.
Parcheggio pubblico sotto casa a pagamento 25 euro al giorno, eccessivo.

Die Unterkunft war modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und die Unterkunft ist auch für einen Aufenthalt für mehrere Wochen geeignet.
Es gab leider so alltägliche Dinge wie Salz und Öl nicht und es ist hellhörig, wenn in der oberen Etage sich Menschen unterhalten.

Host is very kind and helpful. Apartment is nicely furnished.
Isolation is indeed poor — or perhaps it's more accurate to say that there is no isolation at all. You can hear every word and sound from the neighboring apartments. The kitchen is shared between three apartments, which was not mentioned on the booking page, and we were not aware of this. If this had been clearly stated, we would have looked for alternative accommodation.
