Un appartamento accogliente e in una zona molto tranquilla, situato ad una ventina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione e vicina a Bologna Fiere. Ciò che mi ha lasciato più sorpreso, è la cura encomiabile che è stata messa per rendere la casa confortevole. Nella cucina sono predisposti elettrodomestici come microonde, bollitore per il the (affiancato da una selezione di tisane tra cui poter scegliere) e macchina del caffè già provvista di cialde. Mentre i bagni, con mia grande sorpresa, erano provvisti di schiuma da barba, shampoo e phone per capelli. Se desiderate passare un soggiorno confortevole in una zona tranquilla e facile da raggiungere, Am Liv’ è il posto perfetto per voi.

Everything about this property is great! We were a group of 4 (2 couples) and we all had our privacy, especially since there are 2 bathrooms in the apartment. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, one of them has a huge balcony. There’s a family room with a sofa and a TV and a kitchen which had all the amenities one would need to cook/make coffee. There’s also a fridge and a freezer. Basically i have never stayed in such a fully equipped apartment such as this one.
The apartment is slightly far from the city centre - which we already knew and it wasn’t an issue, the bus stop is about 10 minutes walk (or less) and 30 minutes from city centre - which is a nice walk as well, just go straight ahead :)
The host was very friendly and very very helpful, giving us all the information required and also trying to help us out as best she could. Checking in was easy as well. Thank you Antonella!!

Very good and central location, good neighborhood, quiet street. Cosy and comfortable flat, with everything one may need for a one week stay. Exceptionally friendly hosts.

We just loved Bologna, it is by far one of the prettiest and calmest large cities we have had the pleasure of visiting. The apartment has all that you require, indeed maybe a bit too much in the kitchen as there is little worktop space to prepare meals on. The WiFi and air con were very good and the washing machine was so handy to have. The apartment is around a 15 minute walk to the main bus and train station and around another 15 minute walk to the towers in the centre of town. There are some cafés and restaurants within walking distance too. We used one of the double beds to find ourselves on top of each other in the middle of the night, we were glad there was another room available, which was very comfortable. The house is very clean and it was convenient having two toilets, albeit we found them a little difficult to manoeuvre in, particularly when using the WC and showers.
It would be handy if the welcome pack had more detail within it, for example bus information and taxi phone numbers etc. We did lose electricity on three occasions within three days, which ruined our meals prepared in the oven, Antonella was very quick to respond. Both Antonella and Diego live on the next floor up, they came down within minutes. There is some refurbishment work taking place on the same floor, we were fortunate to be out most of the day, missing most of the noise.
