Winter stay in Bologna

Good location, comfortable bed. Our host helped arranging parking at the nearby garage. Underfloor heating. Secure building.

There is no living room inside the apartment. In the summer, the roof terrace and the covered patio would be excellent living rooms, however, as we stayed in January, these were not relevant/usable. Once we entered the apartment, the only place we could sit or watch TV was the bed in the bedroom.

Great apartment, central and clean.

Excellent location, very close to the centre of the city but in a nice quiet area. The staff at check in were extremely helpful and were available any time if we had any problems.

The outdoor terraces are lovely but it lacks indoor seating for when the weather is bad. A kettle would also be useful for the tea drinkers.

Nice location, clean!

We love the location of this property, There wasn't a designated "family" room other than the table on the porch where we could spend time together, but we made it work. I would say they need to have some extra seating for the table/porch area since we had 5 adults and there were only 4 chairs(again not a deal breaker). Very easy to communicate with hosts. Appreciated the breakfast items left for us.

Amazing stay in Bologna

There is nothing negative to say about this apartment. It is spacious, modern and has an excellent roof terrace. There are 3 large double rooms. It also has a very large terrace outside the kitchen which is perfect for morning coffee and another balcony on the main bedroom - plenty of outdoor space. The accommodation is on the top floor and unfortunately for us the lift was out of order. Luckily this did not matter but if the lift isn’t working it is a lot of stairs to climb. The location is excellent. I would recommend this to anyone.

Perfect apartment in the centre of the city

Everything was perfect! Check-in was very smooth and easy, and the host was extremely friendly, speaking both English and Spanish fluently. The house was spotless and very well maintained. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the rooms were spacious and full of natural light, and the terraces offered a perfect place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed — even more than expected! I'd honestly say this is one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended — we would definitely come back!

Huge apartment with great outdoor and rooftop terraces.

We were met at the apartment and shown how to use the keys. The apartment was very large with wonderful outdoor and rooftop terrace. Spectacular views from the rooftop (with a jacuzzi). Very clean and washing machine was much appreciated. Our questions were answered swiftly on WhatsApp

The crockery is in a cupboard that is too tall for people under 175cm. Needs to be moved to a lower cabinet.

The accommodation was very good — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, within walking distance to both the city center and the main station. The view from the terrace is stunning! a great stay — highly recommended!

The only small thing: it would’ve been nice to have a few more black coffee pads.

Lovely, comfortable, very clean and quiet apartment in an excellent location.

Three of us had an excellent stay here. We came to visit the city so were out all day and evening. The flat was lovely, comfortable, very clean and quiet apartment in an excellent location. There were lots of breakfast snacks and drinks in the cupboards for us and we really enjoyed sitting up on the roof terrace with a cup of tea. Thank you for a lovely stay, we hope to come back again.

Perfect for a small group of friends

Excellent location, fantastic flat, great value. Additionally, the kitchen was fully stocked with snacks, coffee, and tea, and the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries.

The only minor thing to consider is that there's just one bathroom, but that's really not a big deal.

Bellissimo appartamento, non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

L'appartamento è in una posizione molto comoda per accedere a tutti i luoghi di interesse, si trova in zona ztl (ma volendo si può parcheggiare anche poco fuori la ztl nei parcheggi a pagamento a 10 minuti a piedi). Caldo, accogliente, pulito, e silenzioso, cucina super attrezzata e presenti all'interno tutto il necessario per fare la colazione al mattino. L'accesso è completamente autonomo e con una procedura molto semplice, abbiamo incontrato Samira che si occupa delle pulizie ed è una donna gentilissima e simpatica. Ci è spiaciuto stare solo una notte, torneremo per goderci oltre la città anche un po' di più l'appartamento con la sua bella veranda e terrazza. Bel bagno e letti e cuscini comodi. Zona tranquilla, subito sotto presente anche ottimo ristorante, con personale gentile che consigliamo.

Aggiungerei solo due sedie in più nella veranda. Noi eravamo in 5 e ne abbiamo presa una dalla terrazza sopra per sederci in veranda. quindi in realtà siamo comunque riusciti ad arrangiarci con quelle presenti.

Un'oasi di pace al centro di Bologna

Una vera perla nel centro di Bologna! Bnb eccezionale - centrale e rinnovato recentemente. Il check-in è stato veloce e puntuale, il sig. Guido ci ha attesi e mostrato la struttura con grande cordialità, fornendoci informazioni utili al parcheggio. L'appartamento si presenta nuovo, dotato di elettrodomestici all'avanguardia - a completamento dei "basics" c'è anche una macchina del ghiaccio! Posizione fantastica, a due passi dal centro e dal Mercato delle Erbe - vicino a parcheggi e supermercati. E' in ZTL, ma si può facilmente acquistare un biglietto temporaneo o parcheggiare fuori e raggiungere il bnb in pochi minuti. Camere curata, biancheria pura, e locali ben puliti. La vera chicca? Le TERRAZZE! Al piano 4 una terrazza coperta, tutta circondata da vetrate mobili, per potersi godere lo spazio aperto anche nei mesi più freddi. Al piano superiore una terrazza magnifica - esposizione su tutti i lati, vista mozzafiato e jacuzzi. Così bella che abbiamo deciso di organizzare un aperitivo con tutti gli amici in terrazza, sono rimasti tutti senza parole per la bellezza del bnb. Rapporto qualità/prezzo OTTIMO! BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI!

Gran BNB. Unico consiglio potrebbe essere quello di mettere un tavolo piegevole per le cene nela terrazza, quelli presenti sono piccoli e quello al piano terra non può essere portato per le scale. Noi siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sul rapporto qualità prezzo, pagato in sconto il giorno prima di pernottare. In ogni caso bravi, veramente bella struttura!

Appartamento luminoso e silenzioso facilmente raggiungibile con l’ascensore. Ha due piccoli terrazzini molto carini, il migliore è quello al piano di sopra ottimo per una colazione rilassante!

Purtroppo sul terrazzo, dal sistema di aerazione posto sul pavimento, arrivava un odore forte di cucinato già dalle prime ore del giorno.

Ben rifinito, luminoso,spazioso, posizionato ottimamente tra stazione e centro storico, fornitura abbondante per la colazione, cortesia e disponibilità di Guido, la persona dell' accoglienza, presenza assistenziale al telefono.

L'appartamento, ottimo,andrebbe dotato di un tavolinetto e qualche sedia per la colazione, cosa che è efficientissima in Terrazza.
