Good location, property needs alot of work to be up to the standard to justify this price.

The location is excellent, the space was very good overall

Keys process was a nightmare, first contact number won't answer the phone, eventually got through to owner/operator. Keys had been put in wrong lock box (old one), which i had to almost break open. Owners aren't local and there was no local support eventually got through to owner once they were "out of their meeting" Overall spent nearly 1 hrs outside the property in 35 degree heat. It wasn't good enough when spending over 400 euros for two nights. Property itself is spacious, but in need of a lot or work. Here's the list of stuff that wasnt right: kitchen air-conditioning doesn't work, kitchen table is broken, hallway parquet flooring is uneven and there has clearly been water problems and the flooring has expanded. 3rd bedroom bed is very uncomfortable (my daughter moved to the pull out bed in the lounge for the second night). Lighting is a problem throughout the property, very dim, or not working at all, needs an electrician to take a look. En suite bathroom in main bedroom, bath/spa fittings don't work, plug doesn't work so it won't retain water, 3 of the jets have no fittings and are dirty...not usable as an ensuite, so all three bedrooms use the family bathroom. Air-conditioning throughout the property is very weak and cany cope with the Italian summer.

Outdated overpriced apartment for what is really is

Location of the appartement is central

Unfortunately various things; Not enough bed linnen and towels upon, only for 3 of 5 persons. This despite the fact that long prior to arrival we had indicated we would come with 5 persons and were given the okay for that. Communication to solve issue was 'so so' (at first accusing us of coming with too many people). Finally got clean sheets and bed linnen from drier. Apartment has a strong sewage smell. Not clear were it is coming from (inside or outside) but unpleasant. Wooden floor close to bathroom vary damages and covered with a rug. Online check reminders for identity check lead to a many reminders. We traveled with a group coming from 3 directions. All in all, this used to be a lovely upscale apartment but now needs serious work and maintenance. Would not recommend.

Unpleasant Experience: Clogged Shower, Stained Bedsheets, and Unhelpful Host

Location of the apartment, it is central.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience during our stay in Bologne . The shower was completely clogged, leaving all 6 of us with no choice but to used one bathroom. The bedsheets had disgusting yellow stains, making it impossible to feel comfortable. Moreover, the host's aggressive attitude when addressing the issue only added to our frustration. To top it off, the cleaning was neglected upon check-in (bed not ready, old clothes left under the beds,etc.) and we had to hand the key over to the cleaning lady ourselves. As if that wasn't enough, the apartment was incredibly noisy at night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value your comfort and peace of mind. The only option proposed by the host was to relocate us at 10pm on the other side of the city. When we asked for a partial refund, the host made it conditional to us to leave a positive comment in exchange of a 40 euros refund, which we refused. I will recommend to avoid this place, it was really a huge disappointment In our stay in Bologne.

Great location near restaurants, cafes, and the Basilica of San Francesco. Good space for our extended family’s visit to Bologna.

Need to set the central thermostat to 15C exactly (no higher, no lower) to turn off the radiator heating or else the apartment can be too warm in summertime.

الموقع ممتاز. المساحة جيدة. التدفئة جيدة. التجهيزات جيدة.

التدفئة لا تعمل في الغرفة الأساسية. من الظاهر وجود سابق لمشكلة مياه في الشقة حيث أن الأرضية الخشبية يظهر عليها أثر تعرضها للمياه مما سبب بإتلافها وفكفكتها مما يؤدي الى تعثر في المشي داخل الشقة. المشكلة الأسوء رائحة الرظوبة والعفن الشديدين في الشقة. كما لاحظنا وجود نظافة ظاهرة فقط بينما آثار اوساخ متراكمة في المطبخ والغرف في الاماكن المستورة.

Appena arrivati nell’appartamento ci ha accolto un tanfo di fogna che non è stato possibile eliminare neppure aprendo tutte le finestre e quindi ci ha accompagnato durante il soggiorno. Veramente sgradevole

Stor men noget slidt lejlighed med god beliggenhed

Beliggenheden er god, og det er en stor lejlighed. Køkkenet er fint og bruseren var også god. Senge var ok, men varieret kvalitet. Den ene er lidt kort. Atriumgård var rar at have, men den er mindre end den ser ud på billedet.

Lejligheden er ret slidt, hvilket ikke fremgår af billederne. Man får kun én nøgle, og vi måtte købe håndsæbe og toiletpapir (vi havde tre overnatninger). Lejligheden er lidt mørk. Og så får man besked fra værten, som beder en om at give dem 10 i rating på booking.com, mod at få rabat en anden gang.

Alojamento bem localizado e limpo.

Limpeza impecável. Boa localização, com restauração, supermercados e transporte muito perto. Apartamento espaçoso, perfeitamente adequado para 6 pessoas. Cozinha muito bem equipada, com todos os utensílios necessários para fazer algumas refeições. Recebemos as instruções claras e precisas para recolher as chaves, que estão no local num cofre.

O alojamento no geral precisa de alguma manutenção, nas portas dos armários, janelas, cortinas e torneiras. Ainda que a cozinha esteja bem equipada, faltava uma torradeira ;)

Tolle Lage, leider ungepflegt aber guter Preis

Die Lage ist top. Mitten in old Town. Verwalter hat sich sofort darum gekümmert, dass wir früher rein können (waren 1 Stunde früher da).

Das was andere vor Monaten auch schon geschrieben haben. Viel zu wenig Licht. Ausstattung ist nicht schmutzig aber ungepflegt. Ich denke wenn man mal 4000-5000€ (hauptsächlich Elektrik und Maler/Verschönerungsarbeiten in die Wohnung reinstecken würde, könnte man locker 100-200€ pro Woche mehr verlangen und alle wären zufriedener. Vielleicht kümmert sich der Vermieter/Verwalter ja jetzt mal drum. Was ich auch nicht so toll fand, dass man mir am Ende der Reise per Mail angeboten hat für eine 10 Punkte Bewertung beim nächsten Aufenthalt in einer der 30 von ihm betreuten Objekte 15% Rabatt zu bekommen. Das ist unseriös und verfälscht leider die Bewertungen. Besser was an der Wohnung renovieren.

Tolle Lage, sehr geräumig, sauber einfach Top.

Wir waren 15:00 Uhr da und es war kein Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox dann haben wir versucht den Vermieter zu erreichen nach einer halben Stunde dann erreicht. Die Putzfrau war noch nicht fertig als sie dann fertig war hat sie uns rein gelassen. Hätte mir gewünscht das man informiert wird das die Wohnung noch nicht fertig ist. Aufzug war leider auch außer Betrieb.

Großzügig aber ungepflegt

Die Lage der Wohnung ist relativ zentral und es ist erstaunlich ruhig. Man hat ausreichend Platz.

Die großzügige Wohnung wäre für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gut geeignet, wenn sie nicht so ungepflegt wäre: Die Möblierung wirkt teilweise billig und rampinirt. Die wenigen Lampen in den zum Teil ziemlich dunklen Räumen geben kaum Licht oder funktionieren nicht (besonders unangenehm: defekte Beleuchtung am Badspiegel). In der Dusche findet sich massiver Schimmel, man möchte eigentlich nicht duschen. In einem der beiden Bäder gibt es überhaupt keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und nur einen einzigen Haken für Handtücher: We sollen mehrere Personen das Bad benutzen? Ein Fön ist vorhanden, der Stecker passt jedoch in keine der Steckdosen und der einzige Adapter in der Wohnung (nach langer Suche gefunden) war nicht brauchbar, weil er nicht in der Steckdose blieb. Duschen im zweiten Bad war nur im Sitzen oder Knien möglich (Badewanne unter Schräge). Es gibt keine Beschreibung zur Nutzung der Wohnung und der Technik. Als wir ankamen, stellten wir fest, dass nur kaltes Wasser aus der Leitung kam. Es dauerte eine Weile, bis wir den Durchlauferhitzer fanden, den wir nicht im Gang bringen konnten. Kontakt mit dem Wohnungsinhaber telefonisch, per Mail und über die Plattform: keine Reaktion. Kontakt zu booking.com: Nach langem Warten aus der Leitung geworfen. Es kostete ziemlich Nerven dauerte den ganzen Nachmittag bis zum Abend bis hin zum Abend bis erklärt wurde, welcher Schalter umgelegt werden muss (wir hatten gefühlt alles ausprobiert, nur nicht den an der - übrigens defekten - Kaffeemaschine.
