Very enjoyable - easy access to all the sites in Bologna, the nightlife and the station

Location excellent. Very very spacious and clean very comfortable and good value

Blinds in the first bathroom for privacy. The dishwasher wasn’t working. The automatic lighter on the hob didn’t work. Small nightly things. The lift broke on our penultimate day and it’s 5 floors up.

It is an acceptable Airbnb where you can rest after a long day of walking around.

It had 3 bedrooms. Main reason I selected this place. It also had an elevator, working heater, very clean.

Dishwasher was not working. Items for immediate use like coffee, sugar, condiments were not available compared to other Airbnbs. Insufficient clothes hangers. Non-locking bedroom door. Defective shower door on left bathroom It would be good to have a soap dish inside the shower.

We did not receive a welcome gift. No tea towels. Showers leak out onto mat and floor. Shower head in burgundy bathroom unmanageable. Toilet seat screws in green bathroom need tightening Instructions unclear as to disposal of waste

Great location NON EXISTENT Propert management service. For what I paid were very disappointed

The fact that the managing property never replied to our requests for extra blankets. No blankets were provided only sheets and we were very cold and requested. Plus the fact that they only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 pax over a 3 night stay was RIDICULOUS and not value for money at all. Plus the fact that the elevator was stuck most of the time making it very inconvenient with luggage. Properly NEVER replied to our requests.

The apartment is fantastic.

Everything was very good in the apartment, spacious, well equipped , good location and comfort.

The only thing very very frustrating is the parking issue in Italy which is a total nightmare, not much explanation about this while booking, compare to other places in Europe, Italy is our worst experience in this matter, we feel like every move you take is monitored and threatened to be fine, stressful. It would have been very nice if we had a clear advice about this.

Great location, nice size!

The air conditioning did not work and they did not come to fix it for 2 days we could not sleep at all it was so hot! The outside noise is very loud and continuous until probably 3 am. It was on the 5th floor and the elevator was out of use 3 days we were there and on the day we left so we had to carry all our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. This is very unfortunate because this is a beautiful apartment and the could have made it a wonderful stay!

Avoid and stay away

The place had a enough space we thought in the beginning for a group during CosmoProf

That place turned out to be a disaster - the wifi was not working, we called and them and they didn’t fix it. We needed to work and wifi was mandatory for us - when we used the stove to boil water there was a short circuit in the house, hence no coffee in the morning - again we called them and nobody fixed it - the shower was almost cloaked - the water enemy down so slow that the bathroom was flooded after each shower - the worst at night strangers knocked the door heavily and demanded entrance - they where drunk but it seemed the house entrance isn’t safe if strangers can get in that easily - it was scary Overall that place is overpriced - they just want to cash in money during CosmoProf but zero service

great location for groups, not the best rest due to the beds

perfect location and the rooms were very spacious, which is what you need with a group. the kitchen was absolutely beautiful. having two bathrooms was also good.

the beds were quite uncomfortable and the bathrooms needed work. the toilet seat was not fixed properly so it kept moving away when you’d sit on it. also one of the showered didn’t have the proper plastic and it didn’t close, so when you showered you ended up with a huge puddle of water on the floor no matter what.

Super appartement : grand , confortable & bien placé pour visiter mais sur une avenue très bruyante

L'appartement est super grand ! La literie confortable et les salles de bain modernes. Baignoire très agréable. Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour dans cet appartement à quelques minutes à pieds seulement du centre historique de Bologne. La communication est hyper fluide avec Wonderful Italy (whatsapp, réponses en quelques minutes). Une personne adorable nous attendait pour nous remettre les clés et nous présenter l'appartement.

Le bruit ! L'appartement borde une immense avenue extrêmement bruyante : bus, ambulance, voiture. Nous vivons dans l'appartement la vie de la rue ! J'aurais aimé être prévenue que l'emplacement n'est pas calme.

Des problèmes de chauffage qui s’éteignait régulièrement . Manquaient quelques éléments pour la cuisine : théière , grille pain et poêle.

Sicuramente la posizione

Non abbiamo ricevuto comunicazioni rigiardo al check in nè risposte alle richieste. A voler essere pignoli alcune cose andavano perfezionate: in uno dei bagni c'era solo il sapone per le mani, non il docciaschiuma, nei letti, le trapunte non avevano il copripiumino, sono solo avvolte in un lenzuolo..che ovviamente nella notte si sposta e ti ritrovi a contatto diretto con la trapunta e non c'è garanzia di sapere se viene lavata ogni volta, in cucina c'è un cartello che parla di omaggi...ma non ne abbiamo trovati, in frigo almeno una bottiglia d'acqua poteva essere messa...

Ruim appartement met goede ligging

Ruim appartement. Goede ligging. Alle faciliteiten in appartement voorhanden. Keuken en 2 badkamers zijn goed. De rest is wat opgekalefaterd. Prijs is lager dan andere gelijkaardige appartementen waardoor prijs/kwaliteit goed is.

Grootste nadeel is de gebrekkige geluidsisolatie van de ramen. Oude ramen en rolluikkasten sluiten slecht waardoor straatgeluiden goed hoorbaar zijn. Niet voor lichte slapers. Om diezelfde reden is appartement ook minder goed te verwarmen.

- dobra lokalizacja: zarówno do dworca jak i centrum historycznego można dojść w kilkanaście minut - piekarnia/cukiernia na dole, blisko sklepy i restauracje - fajnie zaaranżowany apartament w kamienicy - wyposażenie: było wszystko co potrzebne - mało inwazyjna, ale sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja

- hałasy z ulicy do późnej pory (aczkolwiek spodziewane - cena za apartament w dobrej lokalizacji) - psująca się stara winda (choć mająca swój urok) - skomplikowany i wymagający wielu danych proces on-line checkingu (zwłaszcza przy większej grupie)

Geweldig apartement dat wat klein onderhoud behoeft.

Het apartement is zeer ruim, er is voldoende bergruimte. Het ligt op de 4e etage, maar er is een kleine lift. Twee grote badkamers.

Er is hier en daar wat klein onderhoud nodig: een badkamerdeur piept enorm, waardoor iedereen wakker wordt als er 's nachts iemand naar de wc gaat. Een slaapkamerdeur sluit niet, de douchekop in een badkamer is kapot. Op onze laatste dag was er geen warm water. De airco werkt niet echt goed.

Sehr gut passend für 5 Personen, die 3 Zimmer brauchen; alles ist da, was man für 4 Tage braucht.

Perfekt war: die Lage; dass es für 5 Leute wirklich geräumig und groß ist, besonders auch das Esszimmer=Küche; dass es 2 Bäder gab; dass die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern Doppelfenster sind und daher der Lärm von der stark befahrenen Straße nicht allzu schlimm ist; dass es ein schönes altes Haus mit Charakter ist, besonders die hübschen alten Türen und die Decken in den Bädern. Bezüglich Ausstattung der Küche können wir eigentlich nicht viel sagen, denn wir haben immer außerhalb gegessen. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.

Die Türen sind hübsch und alt, wie oben geschrieben, aber sie schließen (dadurch) leider kaum, d.h. vor allem eine lässt sich eigentlich gar nicht schließen. Ein bisschen mehr Klopapier wäre auch nett gewesen :-). Sonst alles gut!
