Great place near Bologna!
Great villa! It's very close to Bologna, but in a silent place, 4 mins drive and you arrive to a big shopping center with huge supermarket, toys stores, sports stores and restaurants! The villa itself is amazing - you have basketball, football and swimming pool, everything just for you and your family. Also plently of rooms spread on 3 floors. The host is super nice and responsive and helped us with everything we needed! Will come again!

Spacious, fun, perfectly located, with a friendly host!
We had a fantastic stay at Balda House! The location is perfect—just a short drive from Bologna Airport and very close to the seaside, making it super convenient for both travel and beach days. The house itself is massive; we were a group of five but there was easily room for more. It felt spacious and comfortable for everyone. We especially loved the pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The garden lighting created a lovely atmosphere in the evenings. There are so many activities available—football, basketball, ping pong, and a barbecue area—which made it an ideal spot for families or groups of friends. Whether it's a relaxing holiday, a family getaway, or even a stag do, Balda House is a perfect choice! Host Massimo was very kind and friendly. He gave us great recommendations on what to see and where to eat, and explained everything clearly about how to use the house. That really made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

Great stay!
The location is beautiful, very quiet. The house was spotlessly clean and has everything you need, we stayed for over 4 weeks for work purposes I can say I didn't have 1 issue, the owner Massimo is very friendly and welcoming and very efficient to respond. I can only highly recommend this house. Bravo
