The host Massimo was exceptional. If there were any issues with the property he was upfront and helpful to get these resolved. The location was excellent (close to the city) and still remote enough to relax.
The yard (which are quite large) were a little overgrown - summer is tough to stay on top of lawns. The property was a little older than I anticipated, but everything worked.

Struttura molto organizzata, spaziosa e soprattutto pulita. Noi eravamo in sei e ci siamo trovati tutti davvero molto bene. Bellissimo il giardino esterno e la relativa piscina. Massimo il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile in tutto.
All’interno della piscina c’erano qualche insetto che abbiamo dovuto pulire noi, ma niente di impattante in due minuti tutto sistemato

De locatie was fantastisch. In alle rust kunnen genieten van de ruimte en de goed ingerichte slaapkamers, keuken en woonkamer. Het huis was schoon en voorzien van alle benodigde. De verhuurder informeerde regelmatig om te vragen of dat alles goed ging en of dat wij iets nodig hadden.
Er viel niets tegen. Het was zoals op de foto's beloofde.

Great villa! It's very close to Bologna, but in a silent place, 4 mins drive and you arrive to a big shopping center with huge supermarket, toys stores, sports stores and restaurants! The villa itself is amazing - you have basketball, football and swimming pool, everything just for you and your family. Also plently of rooms spread on 3 floors. The host is super nice and responsive and helped us with everything we needed! Will come again!
