The outside was grubby in street Needs better lighting at night going up three flights of stairs Another spare set of towels would be good Kitchen bin too small and does not fit the bin properly Ironing board not functional

Very modern, spacious apartment that has 3 comfortable rooms ad 2 full bathrooms. Even though it was pretty humid & hot in Bologna during our stay, we had a very pleasant comfortable stay. The place is nicely decorated & very comfortable

2 things I did not like/love. 1- Neighborhood : Maybe because it is closer to the train station, there were so many sketchy people around. We rushed to get in at night. The street where the apartment is at on, is not pretty and it was under construction. ( but still very close to everything ) 2- Details at the Apartment: When you rent a luxury apartment like this, you get little details like - a botlle of wine in the fridge or some bottle of waters to get you started, there was no extra effort details. The bathrooms ( as spacious and comfortable they are) were leaking. There was a giant paddle of water in the bathroom after one of us took a shower. There were no extra towels. One set per room. Also be careful with the checkout time: It is between 10 and 11, pretty early compared to most other places.
