ImmoBo Domus - Piazza Maggiore View

Excellent location, air con, great amount of space

Nothing - no view as such as windows low but this is not hidden in description

The flat is nice - quite spacious with nice furniture and very fresh with a/c. It has a cool look with high ceilings. Location is good, right in the centre of the city.

The flat is at the 3rd floor, the elevator is at the first floor after 1.5 flights of stairs. So accessibility is not perfect if you arrive with luggages. Also the flat is in a pedestrian only road and area, so any taxis would have to leave nearby. Not so far but certainly not in front of the door. The really incredible view showed in the pictures for the whole summer - from June to end of August- is completely different as there is a giant movie screen that practically covers the view (see my pictures what you see vs what it is advertised). Also the windows are small and very low so the view in any case is not easy to enjoy. Maybe this is not a big deal to many but in my case the reason why I had booked this flat was the view. Also….every night the movie will run until 12:30 and you can hear it very well from the flat. Apart from this the flat is very quiet.

Location, elevator availability, 2 1/2 baths (extra half bath nice), in-unit washer, spacious

Still a lot of steps to the elevator, but knew that going in. No dryer to accompany washer.

Απίστευτη τοποθεσία! Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα, φανταστική θέα στην Piazza Maggiore, έστω και από μικρά παραθυράκια στο πάτωμα σχεδόν. Οι οικοδεσπότες άμεσοι και πρόθυμοι στην επικοινωνία!

Σετ περιποίησης (σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο κλπ), φωτισμός σε κάποια σημεία, λίγες μπρίζες φόρτισης δίπλα στα κρεβάτια, θορυβώδης θέρμανση
