Amazing location & views, lots of space, good mix of modern amenities + historic charm, helpful host

We needed more blankets with the winter cold and rain, but didn't know we needed to request them from the host. It would be great to have 6 chairs at the dining table for 6 guests.

Very bad experience.

Communication with the host was problematic from the beginning. Responses to messages typically took 30–45 minutes, and phone calls were not returned despite multiple attempts. Prior to check-in, we were informed that the necessary details would be shared after all registration procedures and payments were completed. However, this information was only provided on the day of arrival and only after we contacted the host again, which caused unnecessary stress before the stay. Upon arrival, we encountered significant issues in both bathrooms. One bathroom had a severely clogged bathtub: water running for just 2–3 minutes took approximately 25 minutes to drain. This represents a clear maintenance issue rather than a minor inconvenience. The second bathroom was not a viable alternative, as it emitted a persistent and unpleasant sewage-like odor during use. When this was reported, the issue was described as common for the city center, which was difficult to accept given that both bathrooms are adjacent. These problems raise concerns regarding maintenance standards and pre-arrival inspection. The issues should have been identified and resolved before guests arrived. Instead, a considerable amount of our time during the stay was spent reporting, documenting, and following up on problems that were not caused by us. The handling of the situation further added to the frustration. Rather than providing a clear and timely solution, responsibility was repeatedly attributed to external factors such as previous guests, cleaning staff, or infrastructure. At certain points, we were expected to adapt our schedule or tolerate unresolved issues, which is not reasonable for a paid accommodation. In addition, the second bathroom has extremely limited shower space, requiring toiletries to be kept on the floor. This makes usage impractical, especially for taller guests. The quality of the provided toiletries was also well below what would normally be expected at this price level.

Perfect family stay in the city center!

The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the city. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We traveled as a family and found everything we needed for both adults and kids. The host was very attentive and helpful. Given the high level of comfort, the price is very affordable. Highly recommended

A truly excellent stay in the perfect location.

Everything was perfect. We were six people travelling together, and one of us slept on the sofa – which worked absolutely fine. The mattresses were generally very comfortable, including the one on the sofa. Communication with Eduardo was excellent; he always responded immediately whenever we had a question. Check-in was super easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the host had even left us a bottle of cold sparkling wine on arrival – very much appreciated. The location is truly perfect: you can’t get any closer to “downtown”, yet the apartment is completely quiet with no noise from the street. A really great stay – we can only recommend it.

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like. If we were to suggest anything at all for future guests, it would simply be this: It was wonderful to arrive to champagne, coffee and all the thoughtful items in the kitchen — perhaps consider adding a couple of bottles of water as well, as it can be very helpful after a long journey. Also, perhaps a little extra of the basic everyday items (like toilet paper, etc.) would be helpful — with six people, supplies disappear faster than you’d think. Nothing serious at all, just a small note. The hairdryer worked fine, but upgrading to a slightly stronger one could make it even better. And, purely as a small interior suggestion, a coat rack near the entrance would be very practical for guests to hang their jackets. Just an idea. Overall, everything was excellent, and we had a wonderful stay.

Un apartament primitor ce poate acomoda 7 persoane ( 2 dormitoare cu două paturi duble foarte mari, o canapea extensibilă și comodă de 2 persoane, în living și un dormitor cu un pat pentru o persoană). Locuința este situată la etajul patru, într-un bloc cu lift, în centrul orașului, la câțiva metri de cele două turnuri. Atât băile cât și bucătăria sunt foarte curate și modern utilate. Mulțumim gazdei pentru că a răspuns prompt la toate solicitările noastre!

Una struttura eccezionale nel cuore di Bologna

La casa di Edoardo è davvero una perla nascosta nel cuore del centro storico di Bologna. Una struttura molto grande, moderna e con tutte le comodità necessarie. Le stanze sono spaziosissime e luminose e la posizione ottima per chiunque voglia esplorare Bologna muovendosi a piedi. Inoltre Edoardo è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile, non posso che raccomandare vivamente!
