Great flat in a great location, but watch out for the 3 flights of steps to the elevator!

Brilliant location. Lovely furnished apartment. Modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Everything you need and a few little extras more.

The 3 flights of stairs to the elevator. We had 2 x 85+ year olds with mobility issues with us, both with walking frames. We always read the facilities and comments to ensure no flights of stairs and that there's a lift. A few steps they can cope with, but 3 flights! We've learnt our lesson for next time, to ask before booking anything, even if it says there's a lift included. The 2 families we ran into in the other flat next door (same owners) also commented to us about not expecting the stairs. It ruined some of our plans and put a bit of a downer on this annual family trip.

Apartment was well furnished and finished. The problem was with the elevator accessible only after two flights of stairs. Description was utterly misleading, saying 'upper floors serviced by elevator'. We had an elderly relative for whom this created great hardship.

This apartment was the perfect base for exploring Bologna, offering breathtaking views, a lively atm

Unbeatable location right on Piazza Maggiore, central to everything. Stunning views and a great vibe. Cleanliness was impeccable. Excellent communication with hosts Nicola and Ludovica. Lorenzo was outstanding—helpful, polite, and professional. He carried our luggage, provided a thorough check-in, and assisted at checkout. Amazing value for money given the location and quality.

The shower was very small, and the water stream was too fine, making it uncomfortable. The bathtub had only a handheld shower, which made washing hair difficult. The stairs could be a challenge for someone with mobility issues - 44 steps to reach. the lifts.

The kitchen was well stocked and was perfect for breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay

it was not possible to make the shower hotter as the temperature was fixed.. not a big issue for most ..we were there during some cold days so would have been nice to have a very hot shower.

Ascensore rotto da una settimana. Troppo per trasportare ad un piano molto alto bagagli e nonni ultra ottuagenari . Lavastoviglie carica dal soggiorno precedente. Non è cosa buona perche è necessario trovare tutto al suo posto x poter usufruire delle cose. Non devo scaricare io la lavastoviglie carica del soggiorno precedente e poi utilizzare le stoviglie… tutta la rubinetteria dei bagni ballonzola e non è sicura

Wir haben den sehr kurzen Aufenthalt dennoch sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einzigartig. Man hat einen außergewöhnlichen Blick über den Piazza Maggiore und alles Leben unten auf dem Platz und in der Via Pescherie Vecchie. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Betten gemütlich.

Leider war ein Wasserhahn defekt.

Bologna ist eine sehr sehenswerte , lebendige Stadt.

Die Lage war einfach super. Die Wohnung hat ein großes, wunderschönes Wohnzimmer, leider etwas dunkel.der Blick aus den Fenstern war wunderbar .

Die Küche hat keine Sitzgelegenheiten und war auch nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. 2 Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, das 3. sehr klein und ganz spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Bad mit Dusche hatte einen losen Toilettendeckel und eine abgebrochene Handtuchstange . Die Dusche hatte kein heißes Wasser, nur gut warm und war auch nicht schön.
