Great flat in an amazing location!

Amazing! The flat is spacious, extremely central but in a quiet road. The check in process was very smooth and staff helpful throughout the stay. Would 100% come back.

The pillows could be changed as they were quite uncomfortable.

Very nice location in the heart of the city. Nice and comfortable apartment, we stayed with my family 4 people. Big enough. Easy to find and enter with a detailed information given. I recommend the place

Very wierd communication and extra tax that had to be paid in cash!

Clean and spacious apartment.

Very active and demanding communication before arriving about sending my document pictures to WhatsApp. Had to pay extra 20€ some kind of tax in cash that I was not aware of before. No natural daylight, all windows against another wall.

Luxury è una parola che andrebbe usata quando si è in grado di garantire lo standard

la posizione dell'appartamento è eccellente. a due passi da tutto quello che c'è da vedere a Bologna. la dimensione dell'alloggio è soddisfacente, specie le camere. La zona giorno è un po' più compressa ma comunque è un aspetto del quale non lamentarsi.

L'appartamento era pulito, le stoviglie no, bicchieri e tazze avevano tracce d'uso, li abbiamo rilavati. Un'insalatiera aveva olio, pepe e un capello nero, bello grosso, davvero impressionante. Siamo una famiglia che fa uso della cucina, quando non lo vogliamo fare andiamo in albergo, mancavano alcuni dei fondamentali per poter lavorare. Segnalata la questione hanno provveduto due giorni dopo. Era natale ma non è una giustificazione specie se ti definisci "luxury comfort" e sei un agenzia e non un host privato. Devi provvedere h24, altrimenti cambia mestiere o chiama il tuo appartamento "ordinary" e non "luxury". Dal terzo giorno ha smesso di funzionare la lavastoviglie. Segnalato il problema hanno preteso un video che illustrasse il problema (sic!). Ottenutolo ci hanno detto che avrebbero risolto nel tempo più breve possibile, che malauguratamente era più di quattro giorni, il nostro soggiorno è finito senza lavastoviglie. Vedi sopra alla voce "luxury". Professionalità inadeguata. A mai più rivederci.

Kesinlikle yeri çok iyi, temiz ve modern bir yer. Eğer beklentileriniz çok yüksek değil ise güzel bir konaklama için yet

Yeri çok çok iyi idi, yeni dekore edilmiş ve tertemiz idi. Odalar rahat ve yataklar güzeldi. Binanın içi eski olmasına rağmen temiz ve şık idi.

Salon ve mutfağın olduğu bölüm binanın/dairenin özelliğinden dolayı biraz karanlık idi. Tavandaki güçlü spotlar ile aydınlatılıyor. Anladığım çok yeni bir tesis ve yeni dekore edilmiş, dekorasyona ek birkaç şey eklenebilir.

Perfekt geeignet für einen Städtetrip mit Familie oder Freunden.

Ideale Lage, um die Stadt zu besichtigen. Ruhig gelegen, maximal zentral, sauber, modern. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir waren zu fünft maximal zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieser Wohnung. Einzig die Beschreibung ist in meinen Augen etwas irreführend: "Luxury comfort" halte ich nicht für zutreffend. Hätte die Beschreibung "Modern, sauber, zentral, zweckmäßig" gelautet, dann hätte ich nicht so lange an der Seriosität des Angebots gezweifelt... Es gibt nämlich tatsächlich keinen Haken, die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Einzig: Wünschenswert wäre ein weiterer Spiegel in der Wohnung und die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher dürftig zum Kochen.

Die Klimageräte auf dem Balkon vor dem 2. Schlafzimmer produzieren Lärm - v.a., wenn man bei offenem Fenster schläft (hat uns jedoch nicht gestört).

Super goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding

De locatie is super! Midden in het centrum van Bologna. Groot appartement met moderne inrichting. Twee grote slaapkamers.

Weinig daglicht in de woonkamer/keuken en gaan mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten. Geen balkon of zo. De locatie en afmeting van het appartement maakt alles goed.

Buenas instalaciones, muy limpio, en el casco histórico de Bolonia, caminando se puede llegar a varios lugares de interés. Anfitrión envió video muy detallado de como ingresar.

No es culpa del anfitrión, pero estaban reparando calles cercanas, por lo que limitaba las calles para transitar.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Δίπλα στο κέντρο και με απίστευτη ησυχία.. Ωραία μαγαζιά δίπλα στο διαμέρισμα τόσο για φαγητό όσο και για ποτό καθώς επίσης και 3 super/mini markets.

Το διαμέρισμα δεν είναι κατάλληλο για μη καπνιστές. Υπήρχε μια μυρωδιά τσιγάρου σε όλο το χώρο και επίσης δεν υπήρχαν αισθητήρες καπνού. Η βεράντα του διαμερίσματος θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρή και επίσης βρέθηκαν άπλυτα πιάτα και ποτήρια στο πλυντήριο πιάτων,

Lokalizacja jest świetna, wszędzie blisko. Filmik z instrukcją wejścia do apartamentu był bardzo pomocny. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Jest wszystko, co potrzeba.

L’appartamento è molto carino. Gli arredi nuovi e scelti con gusto. La posizione super centrale.

Avrei dato il massimo dei punti…ma mancano alcuni dettagli e la pulizia (specialmente in cucina) era decisamente carente.
