Great apartment, poor communication

The apartment was great, well appointed, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had lots of equipment in it for cooking, a big fridge & freezer. Location was excellent, very close to lots of shops and restaurants, and just a short 10 minutes walk to the old town.

Communication with staff was terrible. We were only given 1 dishwasher tablet for 4 days and had planned to cook for ourselves. There was also no detergent for the washing machine. When I asked for more we were promised more, but it took 2 days to arrive. When asking for a late check out or storage for our luggage I was ignored for 2 days until 10 minutes before check out time, and the late check out was granted. Too late!

Loved the location and the apartment. Spoiled by late night noise and poor air conditioning.

Location physically was excellent. Walkable to piazza maggiore, university district, san stefano etc. Many bars and restaurants right outside the door. Apartment very well equipped, beautifully furnished, spacious and clean. Beds large and comfortable. Two bathrooms.

Due to its location in a popular bar/ restaurant area it is very noisy at night, especially in the front bedroom and living room. Bar across road closes at 03.30 and is loud. The air conditioning, although quiet, did not reduce below 24 degrees. Opening the windows let in noise and mosquitoes.

Fantastic stay

Great location, apartment was very clean and comfortable. Host was great to deal with, I left an item in the apartment and they went above and beyond to return the item to me. Would highly recommend for a visit to Bologna!

Centrally located, comfortable place to stay. Great for a couple of a family.

The communication was great and the keys were very easy to find. It was in a great location and was a very comfortable place for 5 of us to stay, especially with the air con in the middle of summer. Plus free wifi and comfortable beds. A well equipped kitchen too.

It would have been nice to have some washing powder and washing up liquid to use. Travelling from Australia it’s nice to arrive somewhere that supplies the basics so we dont have to buy them and carry them from place to place. Also - I requested that one of the rooms have 2 single beds rather than a double but when I arrived it was a double. Not a big deal - but would have been good if my kids got to sleep in separate beds instead of sharing. I also couldn’t get on Netflix so couldn’t watch any TV in English. Otherwise - it was a great place to stay and I would stay there again.

No el recomanem

Apartament gran i net, situat al centre de la ciutat.

L’hora del check-in era a les 15h, però no vam poder entrar fins les 20h, tot i haver avisat uns dies abans que arribaríem a les 15h. El sofà llit té el somnier trencat i el matalàs és molt prim, no apte per una persona adulta, és impossible dormir allà. L’aigua calenta no funcionava, vam haver de trucar perquè ens expliquessin com arreglar-ho. Llàstima perquè l’apartament està en bon estat, estava net i ben decorat, però no el recomanem per tots els punts negatius que hi vam trobar.

Wszędzie blisko i komfortowo!

Świetna lokalizacja, krótki spacerek na Piazza Maggiore i głównych atrakcji miasta, a z drugiej strony, blisko na dworzec kolejowy. Samo mieszkanie bardzo duże, Wielkim plusem są dwie łazienki, szczególnie przy podróży całą rodziną :-)

Wieczorami/ w nocy w weekendy bardzo gwarno. Hałas słychać w mieszkaniu, ale do przeżycia.

Parfait.

L’appartement était super bien équipé, et très propre. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement. La situation est excellente, petit quartier plus local. Une petite épicerie tout près, une gelateria juste en face. J’y retournerais sans faute.

ヨーロッパのアパートでは初めての滞在でしたが、同じアパートの人やリネン交換をしてくれた人達等に助けて貰ったので又行きたいです。今度は直火式をマスターします。

キッチン用品や食器は揃っていて使いやすかった。スーパーCONADが近くにありとても便利。部屋は床など清潔で最高４人で泊まったが広くてベッドも快適です。週1回のリネン交換で部屋も綺麗に清掃して貰いました。

宿泊中洗面台とシャワーブースで排水が悪かったのと停電が2回、どちらも直ぐではなかった時もありましたが業者が来てくれて直してくれました。これはイタリアだからですが設備にコーヒーメーカー有りとなっててここを借りる決め手の一つだったのが、ドリップのカプセル用ではなくて直火式と分かり残念でした。
