The location is fabulous the apartment is very clean and large

The location was great, close to the train station & easy walking around Bologna & restaurants. The 2 main bedrooms were good sizes but the 3rd bedroom was not suitable for adults-maybe for kids but is was the size of a closet.
Great sized table & living area.
There is no air conditioning, it is under floor cooling & heating which takes a while to work.
There is no lift from the street level-you have to walk up 20 steps to the first level to get the lift which is hard when you have suitcases that weigh 20+kg.

The location is exceptional. The host was a great communicator and super helpful. The property was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The property needs some maintenance and hasn’t been well cared for.
