The Rooftop - Panoramic View with Jacuzzi

Absolutely stunning apartment exactly like pictures with a super comfortable bed and the jacuzzi outside and inside space was amazing with a huge sun umbrella. Easy to contact the company that rents this flat and they gave info on the morning of our arrival and everything was easy to follow

The company advertise this on booking.com as two bedroom and one bedroom with same pictures which gets confusing however once you book it the other advertising disappears, they also have a three bedroom apartment next door with a jacuzzi however one of the pictures is the same jacuzzi picture of our flat which was even more confusing, this needs to be sorted by booking.com

Location was very good, walking distance to many good restaurants and train station. Apartment is large with good AC. They left water bottles for us in the fridge which was much appreciated. And it was very clean. View from roof is beautiful and roof is very private. Great for having nice private dinner past 8pm which we took advantage of fully.

Washing machine didn’t work. Raised it to management on day 2, and they said they would send someone on the next day. After that they stopped responding to my messages. (I was there for 9 nights) After reading other reviews i can see they knew about it. Should have mentioned it to us and offered alternatives / rebate AND remove the washing machine from amenities listed as this is false advertising. Very little weight on the umbrella so not usable if very slight breeze. and that’s the only shade you get on the roof until about 2-3 pm after which you can squeeze a chair next to roof entrance and get shade.

Spacious light filled apartment with balconies on east and west and brilliant rooftop terrace with terrific views

English appliance instructions would help and a chopping board would be useful as well as another couple of mugs and smaller breakfast plates

Located near the market with great local bars and restaurants. Close to the main station. Air con was really quiet and powerful. Apartment is large. Bed is comfortable.

Jacuzzi had not been cleaned. Sun umbrella has no weights so was unusable and there is no other shade on the roof. The washing machine was broken. Issues raised were ignored by management.
