Location Location Location

Apartment 5 - Location - was brilliant close to so many bars and restaurants. Can’t emphasize how good location is. Walking distance to Main Piazza. And although so many bars/restaurants room very quite.

Stairs - if you have mobility issues not for you. Bathroom a bit small. Bed- mattress quite hard and it squeaks. Every movement you hear the bed squeak did not make for beat nights sleep.

Very good

The location is good, nearby the city center and you can find bars downstairs, yet the flat isn't noisy at all. Coffee machine and fridge are good point, tv is great.

The check-in was late by 30min...which can be annoying if you are stuck outside with luggage and 35 degrees outside. The flat is a bit smelly (moist)

Amazing location and clean apartment. Lots of really nice bars and restaurants right outside the property door. Good size for a couple of night stays.

Decent apartment close to the centre Bologna

Great location with some lovely local bars and cafes, very close to the city centre. The apartment was alright, decent sized with a separate kitchen area - coffee machine and capsules were a nice touch. We also liked the large TV with free Netflix.

The bathroom - dirty with mold in the shower and definitely in need of a renovation. Wi-Fi was very slow and most of the time our phones just couldn’t find the network

Location is perfect!

Apartment is quite small, bed was creaking, we were woke up by every movement. Bathroom is not comfortable - small water boiler, clogged shower. There is also something wrong with electricity so you can't use air condition with hair dryer in the same time what is ridiculous a bit. I fully understand that building is old but I am sure some modern solutions can be applicable there.

Great location

A private apt in a residential area,with obvious advantages of authentic surroundings. Quiet,except for the bed disaster- see below. Excellent location, quaint,trendy street with lots of restaurants and bars.Helpful owner.The coffee capsules a nice touch.

Room rate too high for what you get. The creaking/squeaking bed was a big turn-off.I could hardly sleep,as I woke myself up with each move.This was extremely annoying.

Friendly staff. Walkable location. Cute and clean apartment.. Just be prepared for noise unless you are out late as well! Idk how it is during a weekday.

One of the nosiest places I have ever stayed in. Fails to mention that it is in the zone of bars which is great if you plan on partying. If not forget about sleeping because you can hear the music. Couldn't sleep until 2,30 am. Sounded like a club inside the apartment.

Casa pulitissima , il bagno evidentemente nuovo di recente ristrutturazione, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e profumati , letto molto comodo Appartamento nel centro storico a due passi da piazza maggiore e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Centrale, ideale anche per lunghi periodi con una cucina attrezzata e la macchina del caffè espresso ho trovato delle cialde in omaggio che erano vitali per me , hosting reattivo e premuroso grazie di tutto
