this Apartment was amazing and just what we needed, in Bologna everything is 15, 20 mins walk away and for what we wanted to do which was go and watch Bologna v Torino, it was perfect for this and all the main sites, supermarket close and bars aswell, our boys at 9 and 12 loved their own rooms and not sharing wehich is a key bonus when travelling for us. Host was amazing and always there on whatsapp for any support or just a chat, this was our first stop on a mini adventrue in Italy and what a start, i can't recommend this apartment enough

Unsafe and Unprofessional Host Experience

I would not recommend this property based on my experience. During my stay, we were accidentally locked out of the apartment because the door locks automatically — something that was not clearly explained, and there was no signage on the main door warning of this. When I suggested that the host handle the locksmith charge through Booking.com (so it could be mediated fairly), the host became extremely rude and sent a threatening message, saying our luggage would be put out on the street if we didn’t pay him directly by the next morning. This made us feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. I have stayed in many properties before, and I’ve never encountered such unprofessional and aggressive behavior. Communication from the host was disrespectful, and the entire situation was handled very poorly. While the apartment itself was as described, the host’s conduct completely ruined the experience. I hope Booking.com reviews this listing carefully to prevent similar issues for future guests.

supercool, we offer it to everybody.

The owner has informed us permanenty was very helpful. the flat was clean, very well equipped, modern, light, many space, nice and modern homestaging. with 2 bathrooms. high quality kitchen. we were 5 persons there and it was really enough space everywhere. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. many thanks :)

La mayoría de las cosas estaban muy bien. Todo muy limpio, moderno. Bastante cómodo. El manager contestaba rápido y encontraba soluciones con velocidad.

La única cosa que creemos que podrían incluir es un microondas. Se podía usar el horno y las ollas tranquilamente, pero un microondas igual sería muy útil. Pero fuera esto, todo perfecto.

Mieliśmy przyjemność zatrzymać się w tym apartamencie podczas pobytu w Bolonii i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z wyboru. Lokalizacja w samym centrum miasta jest ogromnym atutem – wszystkie najważniejsze atrakcje są w zasięgu spaceru. Apartament jest przestronny, w pełni wyposażony, bardzo czysty i idealnie przygotowany na przyjęcie gości. Trzy wygodne sypialnie oraz dwie łazienki zapewniły nam komfortowy pobyt nawet przy większej liczbie osób. Gospodarz był niezwykle miły, pomocny i dostępny, co dodatkowo uprzyjemniło nasz pobyt. e' un bellissimo appartamento al secondo e ultimo piano in zona Saragozza, rinnovato con ottimo gusto e attenzione al confort sostenibile, molto piacevole ed elegante. siamo stati comodamente in 6, senza usare il divano letto. Ottimo

Assolutamente da salvare nei preferiti per un altro soggiorno!

Bellissima struttura! Appartamento con ogni comfort, pulito, ben rifinito, accogliente…che dire di altro?! Una vera chicca a 10minuti dal centro della città, vicinissimo alla via delle birrerie e pub, dove siamo andate per un drink in tarda serata, zona tranquilla e anche a piedi non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema.

Ich komme wieder und überlege gar nicht, woanders zu übernachten.

Die Mansarde wurde mit einem sehr großen Gespür für Design gerichtet. Hochwertige und natürliche Materialien wurden eingesetzt, die schönen Farben und interessanten graphischen Muster ziehen sich wie ein roter Faden durch die Wohnung. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und praktisch sowie gemütlich. Bei der Haustechnik wurde ebenso an alles gedacht, auch bei großer Hitze lassen sich die Dachfenster perfekt verdunkeln und die Klimaanlage sorgt weiterhin für Kühle. Die Küche bietet viel Platz und alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist sicher und ruhig, um die Ecke ist eine sympathische Kneipe. Die Altstadt ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind hilfsbereit und flexibel. The attic was furnished with a great sense of design. High-quality and natural materials were used, the beautiful colors and interesting graphic patterns run like a red thread through the apartment. The rooms are spacious, practical and cozy. Everything has also been thought of in terms of the building services; the skylights can be darkened perfectly even when it is very hot and the air conditioning system keeps the rooms cool. The kitchen offers plenty of space and everything you need. The location is safe and quiet, with a friendly pub just around the corner. The old town is only a few minutes' walk away. The hosts are helpful and flexible.
