Great little apartment. Air conditioned which we were very thankful for in the 37c degree heat of Bologna in August. Was a bit of a walk out of town but very reasonably priced.
There was a water cooler outside our room which was shared with the rest of the apartments (I assume). This was a fantastic addition and we were very grateful for cold water on tap. Would stay here again if we came back to Bologna.
Hosts answered some questions I had and were quick to reply.
A bit of a walk from the train station or town but this was fine. Bologna was going through a heatwave when we visited (Italy in August is HOT), had it not been so hot it would’ve been easier to walk. There were shops and cafes around the apartment and I think we could’ve gotten a bus too, but we just walked. However was very reasonably priced so being a bit further out isn’t a bad thing.

it is a big room with all essential stuff, like cookery, washer, wine opener, water machine(with Sparkling Water provided!!!) etc.
So convenient to get to the accommodation from airport by Q bus, then a few mins walk.
And the responses from the staff are fast n helpful.
it maybe a bit of distance to go to central station, but it is not too bad indeed.

Separate kitchen and bathroom and bedroom.
Street noise, online excessive registration of two forms for tax and for input of passport data while traveling and limited connectivity. Super early check out at 9:30 am. I would not have booked if this was clear and no luggage storage when you leave at 9:30 so no way to tour. I booked another hotel for a day rate as I couldn’t taxi for luggage storage and then taxi to town then taxi to pick up bags at a storage facility and then taxi to airport.
