The apartment was exactly as advertised, which was reassuring. It was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Welcome coffee and tea was nice. The location is excellent—close to all the important sights and just 15–20 minutes on foot from both Bologna Centrale train station and the city centre. Public transport connections are convenient and well organized.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our stay. While it didn’t bother us much, it could be a significant issue for someone who needs reliable internet.

Honest review of Ca'Saffi Bologna

Good location, easy access and neat layout inside the room, including windows in ensuite and in bedroom. Air-conditioning and ensuite are good.

This was not an apartment. While there was a kettle and small fridge, there were no other apt facilities, example no microwave, no sink (other than in ensuite), no hob, no oven, no iron/ironing board. For us, he mattress was not comfortable, sponge-like rather than supportive, as we like a mattress to be.

Perfect

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, and the room smelled amazing the moment we walked in. The location was perfect—conveniently situated between the airport and the city center, with plenty of charming cafés nearby. We didn’t feel far from anything at all. The apartment was incredibly well-equipped—honestly, it had more than we expected, from a full set of dishes to not one, but two irons! The bed was super comfortable, and we really enjoyed relaxing with the smart TVs. We also had a small issue late at night, but it was resolved within minutes, which we truly appreciated. The quick response made us feel well taken care of. Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Very nice room

The check-in process was totally online. We never met anyone during our whole stay. The access is a bit complicated but the instructions are very clear. The room was nice, very clean... A bit small, but ok for one night. The area is very vivid even though it's not in the center. There is a lot of parking nearby.

The communication is very impersonal... The city taxes are extremely expensive and it would be nice to get an explanation on why you pay so much (I had to look for it online, and it's not totally clear... The law establishes certain amounts according to the price of what you pay per person, not per the total group). The rest was fine.

Monolocale con buoni spazi. Arredamento moderno, buona pulizia. Fermata autobus vicina.

Colazione solo macchina caffe. Non comodo come posizione per la fiera per il traffico da fare dovuto ai lavori in corso sulla strada che rendono difficile il parcheggio. Due persone c'era solo 1 bottiglia d'acqua in frigo.

L' alloggio è pulitissimo, i letti comodi, silenzioso e molto pratico il sistema con codici per l'accesso. Molto disponibili nel venirci incontro per poter lasciare i bagagli prima dell' orario di check in

Il bagno ha un lavabo di grande effetto estetico, ma veramente poco pratico perché il getto dell'acqua fuoriesce e allaga sia la mensola che il pavimento. La dotazione di cucina è insufficiente

Ładny, czysty apartament. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Przyjechaliśmy w ciągu dnia, więc nie mieliśmy problemu z zaparkowaniem samochodu. Miejsca były zajęte dopiero wieczorem. Kilkaset metrów od budynku jest Lidl. Po wyjściu z budynku na dole jest przystanek autobusowy, można podjechać do bram starego miasta i dalej pójść pieszo.

Struttura nuova, posizione comoda per stadio e laure ad ingegneria ma un po’ distante dal centro

La struttura è nuova e di facile accessibilità. Il parcheggio a pagamento davanti è comodissimo e le stanze sono spaziose.

I lavandini del bagno i stile di legno emanano odore di umido e sono piccoli, sgradevoli, opterei per soluzioni meno di design ma più funzionali. La mia stanza era comunicante con un’altra attraverso una specie di finestra, mette un po’ ansia e soprattutto il vetro di questa finestra è oscurato con una carta adesiva ma dalla stanza in cui è attaccata questa stanza qualcuno ha danneggiato l’adesivo e si vede nella stanza affianco dove non c’è modo di coprirla (penso il proprietario non se ne sia accorto, io si perché avevamo prenotato più stanze tra cui queste due e per sicurezza ho controllato). Comunque basterebbe mettere una tenda oscurante da entrambi i lati per permettere a ciascuno di coprirsi.

Apartament znajduje sie we wspólnej przestrzeni- z innymi apartamentami- wchodzi sie przez wspólny przedpokoj, brak porządnego sprzątania. Dużo kurzu, czystość ogólnie słaba- wlasciciel nie sprawdza firmy sprzątającej. W łazience w mydle jakieś białe babrochy nie od mydła, to samo w szamponie. Pok nr 3 - 19 m2 dla 3 os ok. Delux. W pokoju brak łyżeczek sa plastikowe mieszadła, nie ma szklanek do wody, ekspres do kawy bardzo stary. Stosunek ceny do jakości bardzo WYSOKI. Sa lepsze miejsca na nocleg w Bolonii. Tax miejski 5.80 EUR ZA NOC/ osoba platnosc karta kredytowa. Wydaje sie tez wysoki- w innym miejscu placilam 4 EUR. Nie polecam. Materac piankowy zapadajacy sie, poduszki niewygodne- klima nie mozna usta wic temp. ani wyłączyć. Nie informowałam firmy wynajmującej o problemach z szamponem czy kurzem na np. stole czy lodowce- ponieważ czystość powinna być podstawą na Booking.com szczególnie jeżeli biznes prowadzi firma a nie osoba prywatna.

Η τοποθεσία καλή, σε κεντρική τοποθεσία και εύκολη πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο. 2χλμ από το κέντρο αλλά σε ολοφωτισμένο δρόμο τη νύχτα, οπότε νιώθεις ασφάλεια.

Αρχικά δέν υπάρχει δωρεάν πάρκινγκ οπως λέει στο booking. (Εκτός αν φταίει το Booking για αυτό). 2,20 ευρώ η ώρα οπουδήποτε στην περιοχή το κόστος στάθμευσης 8:00 με 18:00. Δεν σου λένε από πριν πόσοι είναι οι δημοτικοί φόροι διαμονής και χρεώνουν παραπάνω τελικά από όσα λέει το επίσημο site του δήμου. Μόνο ντιζάιν και καθόλου ευκολία. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν υπερβολικά μικρό ακόμα και για δύο άτομα. Το μπάνιο ικανοποιητικό και καθαρό αλλά ο νιπτήρας τόσο μικρός που πάντα χυνόταν νερό στο πάτωμα. Όλα καινούργια ...εκτός (έλεος) βάλτε μια σύγχρονη καφετιέρα!

Manutenzione da rivedere, il rubinetto del bagno perdeva e aveva un lavabo microscopico in cui era impossibile lavarsi la faccia. La separazione tra le stanze era costituita da una porta a vetri bloccata e poco insonorizzata. Macchinetta caffè anteguerra. In generale carino ma prezzo troppo alto per il prodotto, non lo consiglio.
