there were some works on the streets, but we understand that this is a part of the year where the city maybe doesn t expect too much tourists, so it s ok...

A perfectly comfortable and practical stay.

The apartment had everything that we needed during our stay. The hosts were very welcoming and communicative. Our trip to Bologna became much more relaxed knowing that we had such a comfortable place to return to at the end of the day.

Heel fijn appartement

Het is een goed appartement op loopafstand van de toeristische highlights in het centrum. Het ligt wel aan een drukke weg, maar het appartement is goed geïsoleerd, dus daar merkte je weinig van. Het is is schoon en netjes.

Er zouden twee setjes sleutels moeten worden gegeven. Vooral omdat je het appartement niet kunt verlaten, zonder sleutel te gebruiken. Ook niet in een noodsituatie. Dat vonden wij wat minder prettig idee, omdat we soms ook even los van elkaar weg willen of juist thuis willen blijven. De douchedeur sloot niet goed, waardoor de badkamervloer onder water liep.

El piso es muy grande y debido a los problemas que tuvimos nos devolvieron el importe de una noche. Tiene ascensor.

Cobran 30 euros por entregar la llaves a partir de las 20.30h, a pesar de haber avisado de nuestra hora de llegada estuvimos esperando de noche en la calle 40 minutos a que llegara el chico que nos entregaba las llaves y aun así nos cobró 30 Euros. Lo peor del piso fue el frio horrible que hacia, viajamos en octubre y aun asi el piso estaba completemante congelado, los radiadores no calentaban y el aire acondicionado echaba solo aire frio. Solo habia una manta extra por habitación y era imposible dormir del frío que hacía o ducharte por las mañanas. Una noche se fue la luz y tuvimos que esperar alrededor de dos horas a que viniera el chico a arreglarlo, estuvimos sin luz a oscuras en la vivienda durante 2 horas muertos del frío (nos devolvieron el importe de esa noche). El piso es enorme pero en el comedor no tiene ni una mesa para comer, no es demasiado nuevo y se ven machas en la paredes y mantel de la cocina. La zona en donde está el apartamento está en obras por lo que no es fácil acceder. El precio que tiene (más las tasas que tienes que pagar, más los 30 euros si llegas despues de las 20.30h) no se corresponden absolutamente para nada con la calidad ofrecida. Nos hemos sentido estafados.

Mooie stad met lekker eten en een verblijf in een matig en toch pittig geprijsd appartement.

De ligging, aan de rand van het centrum. Alles was goed te belopen.

Het appartement was niet smerig, maar ook niet lekker schoon. Douch cel lekte aan alle kanten water over de vloer, beperkte hoeveelheid warm water om te douchen, kraan in badkamer zat los, geen water koker, geen broodrooster, slechte platte kussens op de bedden, slechte zeer zachte matrassen op de 1 persoons bedden. Daarnaast was er sprake van veel lawaai van buiten vanwege aanleg trambaan.

Przestronne i dobrze zlokalizowane mieszkanie, idealne dla osób, które chcą zwiedzać miasto i poruszać się po centrum pieszo. Bliskość dworca kolejowego i supermarketu to duży plus, zapewniający wygodę w codziennym życiu. Niestety, minusem był brak informacji o trwającym remoncie drogi przy mieszkaniu, co wiązało się z dużym hałasem w ciągu dnia. Mimo to, kontakt z właścicielem był bardzo dobry – szybki i pomocny. Ogólnie polecam to miejsce, szczególnie dla osób ceniących wygodną lokalizację, ale warto wcześniej dopytać o ewentualne utrudnienia w okolicy.

Il mio soggiorno al San Felice 136 è stato molto accogliente, l'appartamento si presentava completamente pulito e dotato di tutte le necessità, la posizione era ottima con 10 min si raggiungeva il centro storico di Bologna. Sono stata molto soddisfatta anche per le modalità di check in online, chiare e lineari, il personale della struttura è sempre stato disponibile e presente.
