Struttura nuova, pulita e molto accogliente.
Si percepiscono la cura nei dettagli e l’impegno nel creare un ambiente piacevole. Ottima anche la posizione, con un rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero valido.
Il proprietario è stato disponibile e gentile durante tutto il soggiorno. Ci sono ancora alcuni piccoli dettagli in fase di ultimazione, ma nulla che abbia compromesso l’esperienza.

Good location, quiet area (park), many busses to the city center. Several restaurants, cafes and a supermarket nearby.
The communication with the host was confusing. I got around 10 long messages with more or less the same content, some in English, most of them in Italian.
There was a perfume dispenser in the bathroom with a strong, unpleasant smell. I put it outside the flat, but the smell lingered anyway. It should be permanently removed.
It would be nice to have a table in the flat.
