Great location, walking distance to city centre, nice breakfast bars nearby, parking only 150 meters away for hourly fee, over-night parking free. Host is very helpful, excellent communication, after 7 hour delayed flight the owner still opened doors for us after midnight around 1:30am. Large open plan living area, high ceilings with air conditioning in both rooms which keeps apartment cool at hot days and heating. Great outdoor terrace. Everything on one level under the roof. Tastefully decorated rooms, lots of light and can be made very dark too. Beautiful modern bathroom plus bidet.

Really spacious apartment in the attic / top floor of the building, with a pretty central location next to the main park in the center of Bologna. Modern, with a very nice design, very good beds and amities.
A bit noisy in the night - there are some pubs nearby with people drinking on the street.
