Communication with host was great, check in was super easy and the apartment was very clean.
There weren't enough blankets in the house and it was cold. We needed an extra bed (we were 5 adults) and it was tiny and uncomfortable. The TV didn't work well and the sofa had cigarette wholes on the cover.
The location is ok but not amazing - you can see on the map you need 20/30min walk to reach some nice areas.

The location was good. Very easy to reach Bologna’s main attractions and plenty places to eat nearby.
Broken, ancient television. I do not know why all apartments don’t come with functioning smart televisions so that guests can log into Netflix etc and relax after a long day sightseeing. A broken television is worse than no tv at all.
