Het was erg netjes en alles wat je nodig had, was aanwezig en als je iets miste kwam Alessandro het snel brengen

We wisten het al van te voren maar 6 trappen is wel veel, maar was goed voor de conditie haha

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and ideally located for exploring Bologna. Alessandro was a fantastic host who was always available to help and offer recommendations. He also provided great recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and things to do in Bologna, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The air conditioning made a big difference during the hot summer days.

There is no elevator, which may be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.

Alessandro was an excellent host. He let me leave my case early and then met me back at the property at check in time where he gave me a thorough explanation of the property and how things worked. He was extremely friendly and I felt that he would have responded promptly to any queries I might have had, not that I did need to contact him again. The kitchen area was very clean. I did not do any cooking while I was there. It was extremely useful to have a washing machine. The view from the bedroom was great, being on the top floor you could see all down the street. It was nice to be able to open the door onto a little Juliet balcony (no room to sit). I found the bed and the pillows a bit hard for my liking, but that is personal preference, I am sure others would have no problem. The sofa was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The location was great. An easy walk to all the sights, I did not use public transport other than to get to/from the station. As others have said, the property is not suitable if you have any mobility issues because of the number of stairs. However it kept me fit during my 3 night stay - Alessandro even provides weights if you need more exercise! Highly recommended.
