Nice and clean apartment for a short stay

Very good location with bus stops right outside. Well lit area which make you feel comfortable.

Beds in the downstairs bedroom not that comfortable and toilet was broken. Sofa in the kitchen had a not very clean cover and bedroom upstairs is good but no bathroom .

Spacious and comfortable.

The location was good. Very quiet neighborhood and a fast bus ride to the center. The apartment was very spacious. Restaurants in front of the apartments and several shops nearby including a pharmacy. Lots of appliances, very well equipped including washing machine and dish washer. They also have coffee, tea and other essentials. My daughter forgot her mobile phone in the apartment and the hostess was very nice and met us at the train station to return the phone.

The mattresses are very soft and wobbly and for us that makes them uncomfortable, but it can be good to other people who like soft beds. The cleaning could be better. The sofa was in need of a deep cleaning. Also it would be nice to have an opaque curtain or some kind of way to prevent people outside to view the inside of the apartment at night. There is no way to have privacy in the living room after dark so we didn’t use it. The wi-fi didn’t work at all neither did the TV… hardly any channels and no streaming because the internet didn’t reach the rooms. The refrigerator door opens in the wrong direction.

Se non avessi visto in anticipo la foto dell’esterno della casa non l’avrei trovata, perché il numero civico non è esatto. Anche il delivery non ci ha trovato.

Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt und weiter zu empfehlen.

Wohnung war super sauber. Kaffeemaschine mit Tubs vorhanden. Toaster und Wasserkocher ebenfalls. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Busverbindungen sehr gut. In jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage, die auch gut zum Heizen ist. TV in jedem Schlafraum, sowie im Aufenthaltsraum. Gratisparkplatz für das Auto.

Laute Wohnung . Ideal für Stadionbesucher

Gute Anbindung an die Stadt durch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Parkplatz. Gute Matratzen. Ideal für Fussballfans,weil das Stadion in unmittelbarer Nähe ist.

Keine ruhige Wohnung, weil an einer stark befahrenen Straße und die Wände zu den Nachbarapartements nicht Schallisoliert sind. 2 der 4 Schlafzimmer sind im Keller mit Lichtschächten. Der Sitzplatz im Freien ist miniklein und direkt an der lauten Straße.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Leider Schimmel an der Wand und ein riechender Abfluss

Nachdem wir die Kommunikationshürde überwunden hatten, bekamen wir per Dropbox die Anweisung zum Türsafe gesendet. Ich musste erstmal die App Dropbox downloaden um die Anleitung zu öffnen, für ältere Menschen bestimmt nicht die unkomplizierteste Art und Weise. Durch ein Fussballspiel waren sämtliche, hauseigenen Parkplätze zugeparkt, was der Vermieter aber gut gelöst hat.

La casa está limpia y las habitaciones espaciosas con camas grandes y cómodas...en general buena estada. Y sobre todo, calidad precio muy buena

La cocina está poco equipada. Tenía platos y vasos justos y no tenía ni bandejas ni ensaladeras, ni nada más. Pero lo que creo que es peor es que un apartamento para 8-9 personas (y nosotros éramos solo 6), no tiene un salón para estar todos juntos. Solo hay un espacio pequeño para un sofá de 2 plazas y una mesa en medio para comer y nada más. Parece hecho para ir a dormir solamente...

Excellent séjour entre amis !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’établissement était spacieux, très propre et bien équipé avec des petites attentions à notre arrivée ! Les hôtes étaient vraiment très gentils et toujours disponible si besoin. Le lieu est loin des grandes villes et très calme ! Parfait pour se reposer. Barbecue entre amis et soirée apéro sur la terrasse étaient les bienvenus, un vrai plaisir ! Si un jour nous devions revenir en Toscane, nous n’hésiterions pas une seconde à réitérer l’expérience ! Merci à vous tous !

Dans une des chambres du sous-sol, les lits étaient de très mauvaise qualité:un canapé inconfortable et un lit une place médiocre. Appartement très sonore: proximité d'une rue très passante et peu insonorisé avec l'appartement contigu.

Toller Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war ausgezeichnet! Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und bot viel Platz. Wir haben sie für den Besuch eines Konzerts gebucht – die Lage war ideal, da das Stadion nur etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt ist.

Pokud nepotřebujete ke svému pobytu zahradu, určitě doporučuji...

Krásné ubytování blízko centra, výborná komunikace s hostitelem, čisté, dobře vybavené, odpovídá popisu i obrázkům. Při pohledu na dům z vnějšku jsem trochu znejistěl, ale ubytování je opravdu skvělé.

Appartamento nuovo e molto pulito, con 4 camere da letto. Noi eravamo in 7 amici e siamo stati molto comodi, anche per per la presenza di 2 bagni. Parcheggio privato (noi eravamo in 2 macchine, ma abbiamo trovato facilmente parcheggio anche per la seconda auto nelle vicinanze), e davanti casa c'è la fermata del bus che ti porta in centro in 15 minuti, quindi non abbiamo mai spostato la macchina. Proprietari gentili e disponibili, super consigliato.
