Perfect perch above the beach

We certainly weren’t unhappy at the Tahi Lodge, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The location suited us for the proximity to our family gathering. Plenty of space for our family. The beds were comfortable.

For the cost of our stay, the items for breakfast were a little underwhelming. We were surprised at the $2 charge for the coffee pods.

Very Clean

Spotlessly clean, fabulous view. Wonderful fruit for breakfast. Quiet and peaceful. My sister liked the banana bread bought over by the host and the last minute no trouble provision of high chair for her baby.

That our group was split and we didn’t actually all stay at Tahi lodge, this was not made clear. Two stayed in a small apartment as part of tahi and the rest in a house. Also the host whilst trying to be nice, (although on first meeting initially a little rude), was just too much. I really like a self check in and no contact unless I initiate it. So found this a little invasive. So this made it good instead of very good for me and my party.

Drive way very steep and not easy access. Transition from kitchen/lounge to bathroom and bedrooms required going up 3 steps and then down 3 steps We were under impression we were staying in house at no.10 as shown on your opening screen. But in fact we were in no.13 across the road. The house was fine but different from expected

Peaceful and beautiful location and accommodation

Perfectly maintained, very clean. Parking on site. Enjoyed the provided fruit platter and breakfast goodies. Comfy beds. Lauren was delightful and very welcoming. Beautiful, quiet community. Beach close by. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, clean accomodation. Very friendly, welcoming host. Plenty of fruit and cereal options to make ourselves a lovely breakfast. Good places for walking a short drive away.

Nothing not to like but be prepared to drive a short distance to beaches and shops. There was no view from the lounge but there was a lovely view from the bedroom and a private outside sitting area also with a view.

Lovely would loved to have stayed longer

Good location, loverly property, very comfortable with a great view from our room. The manger was warm and friendly, leaving us home made treats which were unexpected but lovely.

We loved the whole experience, including the area, the place, the host and their jeanorsity.

The place is very clean and has everything you need. The fruit, banana cake and breakfast all of good quality and yummy. Highly recommend and will definitely return with different groups 👍

Lovely stay - small things need tweaking

Beautiful views and stunning location. We loved it! House is really nice and big.

There was no USB plug and we didn’t bring an adapter just the cable. Also felt it was very expensive which is fine, if you can spilt the costs with a group. But they only allow max of 6 people in a massive house.

Awesome and 5 star

Location was good, just 3min to the beach and shops. Tahi Lodge was an excellent choice, neat and tidy and equipped with everything you need for a comfy stay. Lauren is an excellent host, friendly and always available for requests. Liked the breakfast cereals with a variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, jams and bread. The icing on the cake was the amazing ocean views from Tahi Lodge.

Tahi Lodge was great for a relaxing and comfy stay. Did not like the local beaches.

Great supply of breakfast items - more than enough. I was only disappointed to have no coins for the Nespresso honesty box.

The shower head had quite a build up of dark matter, I thought it was mould but it is apparently caused by the artesian/bore water.

We stayed in the two bed apartment. very well equipped, Lauren was an excellent host, explained everything we needed to know about the property and surrounding area. Breakfast provisions were great, and lots of TV channels including Sky Sports. A fantastic view from the terrace across the bay, would stay again if ever in the area.
