Great location. Pleasant staff and everything was super clean. Very trendy. Tea and coffee facilities were provided. I also loved the pricelist for everything a guest might want to steal from the room. What a great idea.

I did suggest to reception that they need a toilet brush in each room. Not an issue for singles, but for couples it is a must, especially as the toilets have no doors. Some small UHT/long-life milk would have been good too.

Excellent location with some nice restaurants in walking distance

Excellent breakfast - recommend the huevos rancheros as a healthy start to the day. Staff are young and extremely attentive and helpful

Great spot to explore Auckland from

Fantastic location! Really nice restaurant and great coffee on site. Our room was quiet and comfortable and had all of the amenities that we needed. Love the automated blackout and sunshade blinds.

Because of the location of the hotel and the room, the noise from the street was quite audible, mainly people coming out from the bars and clubs. But to be expected given the amazing location in the heart of Britomart.

Breakfasts were excellent. Service in the front lounge area was a little inconsistent- staff seemed to forget it was there sometimes.

The room had absolutely nowhere to hang small items of under where rinsed out overnight.

I first stayed at the Britomart soon after it opened and 5 years on it doesn’t look a day older - very unusual for a hotel and reflects the quality of the original design and finishes chosen, as well as how well it’s maintained. Breakfast and the restaurant were also highlights back then and they’re just as good now. The hotel and restaurant staff are also engaged, friendly and professional.

Altogether I would definitely recommend the hotel, as the location is superb.

The location was excellent. Staff were very polite and accommodating. The breakfast was A la carte but was still delicious.

The rooms were a little small. Conscious it is in an excellent location, but the pictures on Booking are quite misleading to appreciate the size of the room.

Very enjoyable stay!

This is a very quirky, boutique style hotel and we loved the decor within the hotel. It is ideally located for the waterfront and the rest of the City. The staff were first class and use of The Library to relax before we headed off to the Airport was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again if ever in Auckland.

Wonderful, relaxing place to spend a few days

Great location; superb service & very nice restaurant attached! The staff was super courteous and helpful plus the architecture was lovely.

Water from the shower ran out the door into part of the bathroom but a towel solved the problem. However we loved the size of the shower & the dual faucet options.
