Staff were the redeeming factor- facilities are dated & require a refurb.

Location

Dated bathrooms with unsightly grout. TV could be casted to and per-programmed items didn’t work. Bed uncomfortable with a crown and two dips either side. Room was not ready for an hour & a half after 3pm check in time. Breakfast buffet was cold and coffee was obviously machine made not by a barista - not good.

Great location-average hotel.

Great location and views from the room. Comfy bed but odd having a duvet between two sheets rather than in a duvet cover. Nice toiletries.

Small bathroom with no towel rail. No complimentary water, which is surprising for the room rate and a very limited tea selection for the size of the tea box in the room! We were spoilt last time we stayed in a Bow Suite so I guess we found this room a bit disappointing. Very slow service in the bar area on Sunday night also.

You can’t beat the location on the water. Large terrace was a bonus. Spacious comfortable room. Staff were friendly and professional

Staff are not nice

The location was beautiful

I made this booking for my sister and brother in law as a wedding gift. When my sister arrived to checkin, late at night, while still in her wedding dress, she was asked a million question by the lady at the desk, asking for payment. My sister called me in tears, when i spoke to the receptionist, i asked her to deduct the amount from the card that is linked to the booking. She was not listening, this was an awful experience for the newly married couple.

Great for one night in auckland with the girls.

The room with a harbour view was lovely, but I woke up to a view of nothing but a huge cruise ship, and it was still interesting. The beds were great, and the staff were invaluable, especially at check-in.

It would be helpful when booking on websites to be told there will be a ship there. It was still a great stay, though.

Amazing stay 😍

The staff were amazing, very kind and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The view from the room was absolutely amazing. Beds were comfy. The foyer and reception area was stunning.

There was a big pillar in the middle of the room and in the bathroom. The tiles on the deck were all broken and the room felt a bit dated.

Breakfast was ok, views were stunning

No glasses available for fruit juice the first morning, $5 extra for a cappuccino surprised me, the second morning a staff member came round and offered filter coffee which I would have expected.
