Super comfortable stay

We stayed in the Hotel Friday till Sunday to help organise and also attend a wedding

The room was big and the check in worked well

On Saturday, we did not have any hot water in the shower -- which was especially bad on that day, as we had a whole busy day ahead of us. We were also not able to reach anybody. So we had to shower in ice cold water because there was really no alternative. On Sunday the water was warm again. However, I saw another comment here talking about missing hot water, so this might be some persistent issue? There were also some other small issues with the room: we did not have glasses (there should have been some according to the kitchen inventory list) and the electric outlet on one of the bedside tables was not working reliably.

Excellent family adventure

We were looking for a family room in the vicinity, and no other hotel offered one - we'd have had to book two rooms with two small kids. That this "family room" was a caravan added adventure to the family trip!

I didn't mind, but it's worth noting that about half the advertised space is in the tent in front of the caravan. It's space you can use, of course, and offers enough privacy - but maybe not what you'd expect.

Good, but could have been much better

The food is nice, the location is comfortable. The room is spacious, but a bit outdated in terms of furniture.

We received the check-in door code through e-mail AFTER we checked out. It took us 2 hours to reach the hotel emergency person that gave us the door code to our room and our room number through SMS. The room was a bit too cold.

Ok for a one night stay

Close to city center

The room was not very clean, extremely hot and had no 'real' A/C, just a little fan that didnt do anything to cool the room down (I used to live in KA so the heat is not new to me). No parking.

Exceptional

The staff was friendly and forthcoming. They even allowed me to stay a bit longer that the official check-out time because I asked them so. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. Everything was sqeaky clean. Location is perfect for exploring the eastern part of the city.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und das Hotel kann rundum empfohlen werden

Bereits am Empfang wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt. Dieser erste Eindruck bestätigte sich am nächsten Tag beim Frühstück. Alle waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es wurde uns Spiegel- oder Rührei und als Alternative Omelett angeboten. An einem Kaffeeautomaten konnte man zwischen Cappuccino, Latte, Milchkaffee, Espresso, Kaffee,... wählen. Ansonsten gab es alles, was man für ein leckeres Frühstück benötigt. So gab es u.a. auch frischen Obstsalat.

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Allerdings fand ich es gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass es vom Flur ins Badezimmer ging, dieses aber keine Tür hat. Da es zum Schlafraum, der ebenfalls vom kleinen Flur aus betreten wird, eine Tür gab, war die fehlende Badezimmertür gut hinnehmbar. Angenehmer wäre mir trotzdem ein Badabschluss (z. B. Schiebetür) gewesen.

Keine Parkplätze, etwas kalter Frühstücksraum, keine Tür zur Toilette im Zimmer, aktuell eine Baustelle gegenüber , kann man auch kommunizieren!

Guter Aufenthalt, gern kommen wir wieder

Die zentrale Lage hat uns gefallen, eine Strassenbahnhaltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes großes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war vielseitig, schmackhaft und nett am Buffet präsentiert. Rührei oder Spiegelei wurde uns angeboten und frisch gemacht. Die Abwicklung vorher mit Zusenden des Schlüsselcodes hat problemlos geklappt.

Schöne Unterkunft zum Weihnachtsmarkt- Wochenende

Schöne und große Zimmer, schöner Frühstücksraum, tolles Frühstück, nach Wunsch frische Eierspeisen, guter Kaffee soviel man mag aus dem Vollautomaten, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Hervorzuheben ist, dass wir eher in die Zimmer gehen konnten und kostenlose Parkplätze bzw. Tiefgaragenplatz.

Preis- Leistung war in Ordnung. Wir würden das Hotel noch mal buchen

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Unser Superior Doppelzimmer war sehr geräumig, eine kleine Küchenzeile gab es ebenfalls. Unser Auto konnten wir in der Tiefgarage parken. Die Lage ist zentral.

Was uns ein bisschen gestört hat, dass das Badezimmer zwar sauber war, aber es einer Renovierung bedarf. Die Ausstattung ist alt und sehr einfach.

Frühstück okay. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Zimmer genügend Platz, toller Schrank vorhanden und im Bad genügend Platz, vor allem zur Ablage und Unterbringung der Körperpflegemittel.

Es gibt keinerlei Beanstandung. Wir fanden alles super gelöst.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, Personal freundlich, kostenlose Parkplätze konnte man in der Nähe finden.

Baustelle direkt gegenüber, dafür kann das Hotel nichts, es ist aber alles schon in die Jahre gekommen, die Einrichtung wirkt wie zusammen gesucht.
