Awesome place to stay

It’s super luxurious and modern. Clean and tidy. I love it. Nice body wash. Close to station and supermarket is just around the corner. Staff are friendly. The lounge is also quite nice and beautifully decorated. The automatic check in kiosk worked flawlessly and quickly to issue a card. Lots of light switches. Kitchen comes with everything. There are two tvs!! If there are communal washing machines for small loads, that would be even better. Overall will stay again, no doubt.

The bed is super hard and there are no blackout curtains in the bedrooms. More coffee pods would be nice.

Overall a very nice stay, worth the price, this place had everything I expected it to have.

Good location, if you're checking in early or late you can also use an app/website to open the doors on your own, very comfy and clean, facilities for making a meal including a coffee maker and tea kettle, oven and electric stove. There is a TV you can connect your laptop to (HDMI), my apartment also had AC (I think I got upgraded due to the heat, actually), very useful in the summer. Overall was a nice stay, also pretty close to the train station, a short walk away.

Can't think of any real negatives, I think the kiosk in the reception area where you can create your own door cards made two and refused to make the third (guess it ran out of blank cards), though the receptionist helped the next morning, so it wasn't a big deal.

Beautiful apartment and very well located

The apartment was brand new and got to know that this was opened for customers only in the month of July 2024. We stayed as a family of 7 (4adults and 3kids) in 2 junior suite. The location was very easily accessible by tram number 2 and 3 from Karlsruhe Bhanof and tram stop name was Mathystraße. Nearby we have all basic amenities like penny super store, Tedi stores and Apotheke. The apartment was very well illuminated and suites had kitchen and good ventilation. The front office staff were exceptional and very friendly. They also came for a demo of the room and enquired couple of times if stay was comfortable and if we needed anything. We liked everything and we didnt want to checkout from room

For the price there was ample facilities provided. Nothing wrong from our point of view

Die Appartements sind sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, geräumig und sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Hier übernachte ich gern wieder!

Die Unterkunft war sehr großzügig, toll und individuell eingerichtet. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Dusche top und auch der Küchenbereich mehr als ausreichend. Alles in allem wurden meine Erwartungen übertroffen und ich komme hier auf jeden Fall wieder her, wenn ich Karlsruhe besuche.

Das Einchecken am Automaten vor dem Eingang war etwas umständlich, hat aber funktioniert.

Ein vollkommen gelungener Aufenthalt von A-Z + unkompliziertes Check-in und Check-out + beschrifteter Parkplatz im geschützten Hinterhof + geräumiges, sauberes und funktionelles Zimmer / das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepflegt + in Stadt Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke bis 22:00 Uhr

Séjour exceptionnellement bien réussi pour moi et mon mari de 91 ans en fauteuil roulant.

Le logement était très bien équipé pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, les portes furent très grandes, les appuis dans la salle de bain. Tout fut conçu généreux, beaucoup d'espace partout. Le logement était très calme et le décors sobre avec style zen japonais. Diana, Samara et leur collègue, qui sont le personnel à la réception étaient très gentilset serviables. Ils nous ont renseigné avec beaucoup de patience sur les excursions, sur le déplacement en taxi et sur tous nos questions sur Kalsruhe.

Nous sommes arrivés en dehors des heures d'ouverture de la réception. L'établissement veut un check-in informatique. Je n'ai pas bien compris les instructions de la machine à l'entrée. Mais heureusement, en téléphonant le numéro indiqué, Diana et Samara sont spécialement venu personnellement pour nous aider. Nous connaissons pas bien le monde informatique, ne possédons pas de smart-phone. Le contact personnel nous est précieux. Le monde robotisé déhumanise.

Tolles Appartment auch für längeren Aufenthalt in guter Lage

Das Appartment ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit genügend Stauraum auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung war gepflegt und sauber. Entgegen einiger Bewertungen war eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das großzügige Bad ist stylisch eingerichtet mit genügend Ablageflächen. In der komplett ausgestattete Küche lassen sich Frühstück und kleine Mahlzeiten zubereiten, Brötchen und Croissants kann man in der hervorragenden Confiserie Lasch um die Ecke bekommen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, bei geschlossenem Fenster ist kein Straßenlärm zu hören und auch innerhalb des Gebäudes ist es ruhig.

Super Hotel

Perfekte Unterkunft – wie eine kleine Wohnung, sehr sauber und gemütlich! Vor 2 Wochen war ich in Karlsruhe in diesem Hotel und muss sagen, es war ein tolles Erlebnis – absolut positiv! Die Unterkunft war wie eine kleine Wohnung – sehr modern eingerichtet mit einer kleinen Küche, in der man problemlos kochen konnte. Das Bett war bequem, und die ganze Atmosphäre war gemütlich und einladend. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Das Beste war, dass wir einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz hatten, der sogar mit unseren Kontrollschildern versehen war – einfach durchdacht und sehr praktisch. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen – es war eine 10 von 10. Sauber, komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Nieuw modern appartement

Bij het online inchecken mag iets meer informatie gegeven worden . Je krijgt ( na betaling) het appartement nummer door maar ze vertellen niet dat je bij de entree bepaalde informatie moet invoeren waarna je je pasje ( sleutel) ontvangt uit een automaat . Het systeem werkt perfect maar is dus vooraf wat onduidelijk.

Tolles Apartment!

Sehr gut, durchdacht und modern eingerichtetes und ausgestattetes Apartment. Tolle Größe, insbesondere auch ein riesiges Badezimmer. In der Mini-Küche gibt es sogar eine mini Spülmaschine. Alles sehr entspannt und unkompliziert (z.B. spontan einen Hochstuhl fürs Baby ausleihen - kein Problem). Sehr nettes Personal! Wir waren wirklich begeistert und hatten dort einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Bei hohen Temperaturen wurde es ziemlich warm; hier wäre eine Klimaanlage vielleicht besser als der vorhandene Ventilator.

Es ist alles TOP.....einfach Perfekt....da stimmt alles mit allem überein... Als wir abends dann die Stadt erobern wollten haben wir den Billardtisch entdeckt und haben uns noch dort aufgehalten....B5 Apartment ist nur zu empfehlen...wir hatten ein Deluxe Apartment im Hinterhaus.

Zeer modern en ruimtelijk appartement. Makkelijk om in te checken, hoewel er op het moment dat wij kwamen geen receptionist aanwezig was. Van alle gemakken voorzien. In het centrum van Karlsruhe, en toch gratis en makkelijk parkeren. Absoluut een adres om opnieuw te verblijven.

So ein stylisches Appartment wir haben uns sofort extrem wohl gefühlt. Wir haben sehr selten so ein tolles Zimmer gehabt und einen solchen Preis.

Wunderschöne zentrale Unterkunft in Karlsruhe

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, direkt beim Hauptbahnhof und man kommt von dort überall hin. Zudem sind die Zimmer wunderschön, sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und makellos. Das Personal ist so nett und man fühlt ich sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich werde dort erneut ein Zimmer buchen, wenn ich in Karlsruhe sein sollte.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in moderner Location.

In Gehdistanz zum Hauptbahnhof liegt das Hotel an einer ruhigen Quartierstrasse. Das vorgefundene Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, finde ich. Größe und Ausstattung passen bestens - auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Hervorheben möchte ich, dass der Check-In persönlich an der Rezeption erfolgt - kein Self-Check-In, sondern sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende. Alles ist sehr sauber.

Es wird keine Verpflegung außer aus Automaten angeboten. Logisch - es ist im Grunde kein Hotel sondern es sind selfcatering Apartments. Leider waren die Automaten am Tag meines Besuchs teils spärlich gefüllt und funktionierten nicht richtig.
