    Over 2 weeks stayed and never got No Housekeeping eventhough I mentioned this numerous of times and many times came down for towels and new sheets myself and I cleaned the room myself 4 different times. The hotel staff always had some Poor Excuses why I didn’t get no housekeeping.

    I have been staying at this hotel since late June, paid 1000 euros deposit, paid weekly payments usually for the past nearly 3 months long. In advanced,One day I asked the hotel if they could give me 2 days late to pay my usual weekly rent and the refused but demanded that I pay the same day before 3pm or I would have to leave…then decided to BlackList because the staff said my behavior on their phone call was inappropriate which is incorrect. Still didn’t get my deposit!

    I usually stay here weekly long for over 2 months and one night decided to pay for 1 night in the penthouse but that was a complete waste of money checked in after 20:00 and checked out before 05:00. Quality sucks plus lots of mosquitoes and stinky sent comes out the bathroom drains Yucky!

    أقمت في فندق (Urban Residence Rotterdam) لمدة 4 أيام، وللأسف كانت التجربة سيئة للغاية على جميع النواحي، ولن أكررها أبداً. إليكم التفاصيل بكل صراحة: ❌ السلبيات: النظافة: الشقة كانت وسخة جداً، الكبتات غير نظيفة من الداخل، والأدهى من ذلك أن غلاية الماء (الكيتلنق) كانت قذرة للغاية ولا تستخدم. الصور الوهمية: البلكونة لا تمت للصور بصلة، وشكلها مختلف تماماً عما تم عرضه في الإعلانات. الخدمة والتواصل: لا يوجد هاتف داخل الشقة، ونظام "خدمة نفسك بنفسك" متعب جداً؛ إذا احتجت لأي شيء تضطر للنزول من الدور التاسع إلى الاستقبال مشياً أو بالمنصعد، وهو أمر مرهق للغاية. تعامل الموظفين: للأسف تعامل موظفي الاستقبال لم يكن لطيفاً أبداً، وعندما واجهتهم بأنني أرسلت إيميل مسبقاً أطلب فيه أن تكون الشقة مطابقة للصور المعروضة، لم يُبدوا أي اهتمام أو تجاوب. الخصوصية (مهم للمتحجبات): لا أنصح به أبداً للمتحجبات والعائلات المحافظة، لأن الحمام مكشوف بطريقة غير مريحة، والستائر قديمة وتعبة جداً ولا تغطي النوافذ بشكل صحيح، وتحتاج إلى شد وجهد لتغطي بالكاد. خدمة التنظيف: لكي يتم تنظيف الشقة، يجب عليك النزول بنفسك إلى الاستقبال لطلب ذلك، والأسوأ أنهم لا ينظفون في نفس اليوم بل يؤجلونه لليوم التالي! ✅ الإيجابيات: الموقع: الميزة الوحيدة التي يمتاز بها الفندق هي قربه من كل شيء؛ حيث كنا نذهب للتسوق ونعود بسرعة لنضع الأغراض في الشقة ثم نخرج مرة أخرى. الخلاصة: على الرغم من ميزة الموقع، إلا أنني لن أعود للإقامة فيه مرة أخرى أبداً، وهو أسوأ مكان سكنت فيه خلال رحلاتي. أنصح بالبحث عن خيارات أخرى أفضل بكثير. 🇬🇧 English Version Review Title: A very disappointing stay – The worst place I’ve ever stayed in! I stayed at Urban Residence Rotterdam for 4 days, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience in almost every aspect. I will never stay here again. Here is an honest review of my stay: ❌ The Cons: Cleanliness: The apartment was dirty. The cupboards were filthy inside, and the water kettle was extremely dirty and unusable. Misleading Photos: The balcony looked nothing like the pictures shown online—it was completely different. Service & Communication: There is no phone in the room. The "self-service" system is exhausting; if you need anything, you have to walk all the way down from the 9th floor to the reception to request it. Staff Attitude: Unfortunately, the reception staff were not nice at all. When I told them that I had emailed beforehand requesting that the room match the pictures shown online, they completely disregarded it. Privacy (Important for Hijabis): I do not recommend this place for hijab-wearing women or conservative families. The bathroom is exposed, and the curtains are worn out and poor quality—they do not cover properly and require a lot of struggling just to pull them closed. Housekeeping: To get your room cleaned, you have to go all the way down to reception to request it, and they don't even clean on the same day—they postpone it to the next day! ✅ The Pros: Location: The only positive thing about this property is its location, which is close to everything. It was convenient to buy things, go upstairs to drop them off, and head back out. Conclusion: Despite the convenient location, I will never stay here again. This was honestly the worst place I have ever stayed in, and I advise looking for better accommodations elsewhere.!!!
