Great service, very comfortable and convenient stay

Clean, well designed rooms, very comfortable. Nice building with places to sit, fast check in and out. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. And the best - a great barista available to everyone at breakfast.

Parking occasionally will get full and have to find parking elsewhere, but they offer good suggestions on where.

The location is great and the staff are wonderful, very attentive.

The acoustic insulation in the rooms is not very good, so sometimes you could hear noise from the adjoining rooms.

Fabulous hotel that is really well located, staff were first class.

The location is next to the old harbour which has many eateries. It is over the road from the train station and everything is within walking distance, even the Euromast! To be honest it is a fab hotel with delightful staff who could not have been any nicer.

The bed was massive! Nice choice of dishes for breakfast. Location is nice with a great choice of restaurants and close to the station.

Domotic hotel, small room but super comfortable bed

The staff was super helpful throughout the whole stay. Even in the late evening, staff was truly happy to help, to an extent I never experienced yet, especially in the Netherlands. Thumbs up to them, for real! The hotel room is fully "domotic", with lights, shades, TV, everything controllable through an iPad in the room. Which is interesting and quite practical. The (standard double) room is fairly small, especially for two people. But the bed is very large (takes up the whole width of the room, wall to wall) and very comfortable, the pillows too. Which is also rare. For someone who travels solo for a trip business, it's definitely a great value for money, for a couple it is also good but indeed, space is limited and there is no real wall separating the toilet and shower (it's an opaque glass wall, so both in terms of light and noise it's not the same as a separate bathroom). They stored our luggage in the day of check-in (and we had A LOT), and it was possible to park the car in the parking garage exactly below the hotel for 20€, from approx. 11h on the day of check-in until 14h on the day of check-out, so we could leave the luggage there until we eventually left. Great service. They also have bikes for grabs, which especially in Rotterdam are a great service.

For two people the room is fairly small, but it is very well designed, so one doesn't feel the pain so much.

Excellent location, clean, small rooms with great use of space and technology, relatively quiet.

Smart use of space, technology (lights, TV, streaming via tablet or app), and blinds (one anti see-through, one blackout). Room was quite dark and quiet. No outside noise. Quick check-in and check-out. Great common space for having lunch from the Binnenrotte market.

It's not very big, two big suitcases will barely fit on the floor, but we were aware of this. You could hear doors from other rooms closing as the doors are heavy which is good for security but make for a good slam when closing.

Amazingly lovely life and experience in a design style of accommodation

I very much like the setting and interactive media control of the room. The double curtains for privacy and nightlife are impressive. Different colour lighting settings and background musics make the life more enjoyable in the hotel. Lobby and reception design is extremely modern, beautiful and stylish, my style.

If there is a small refrigerator for storing my milk to drink in the morning, it will be perfect.

Modern, relaxing, cosy & clean

I've stayed in some amazing hotels in my time but something about this place just relaxed my soul. The place instantly has a calming relaxed vibe. Clean, modern, cosy. Friendly staff. The room was all about the bed & that view. I ended up staying in my room reading watching the world go by after a very long day travelling. The room is spotless, super comfy, you can melt into the pillows. The comfiest room I've ever stayed in & the best night's sleep I've ever had. The rooms appear to be almost soundproof so it's super quiet too. You can control the room from the ipad in the room or with regular buttons on the walls. The menu is also on the ipad & the restaurant is open 24/7. Breakfast is amazing. Barista coffee too. Again super relaxing. 100% recommend. As a female solo traveller I felt very welcome here & super safe.

A Stylish, Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Rotterdam

We had a great experience staying here and would absolutely return! The location is amazing – right next to the train station, and you can walk to most places in the city within 20 minutes. There’s a vibrant market just next door and a row of great restaurants along the canal on the other side, making it a perfect spot to explore from. The hotel offers free bikes, which we definitely recommend using, cycling around the city was super easy and enjoyable. The 24/7 bar was a great bonus, with plenty of food and drink options no matter the time of day. The staff were very friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. We also loved the iPad-controlled room, especially the mood lighting and blackout blinds. The concept is very modern and adds a fun, personalised touch to the stay. Overall, we’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rotterdam and would definitely look to stay with this hotel brand again in other cities too!

A great stay right in the centre of Rotterdam

Excellent location right near all rotterdam's hotspots and transit. Also arrived around the marathon event and they had drinks and snacks ready for those who were participating. Pretty thoughtful! Service was nice, while you check in and out through the pc, there's always someone nearby. The room feels well thought out and you use an ipad to adjust things in your room. Quite nice! Overall well worth the money.

Great hotel for a short stay in Rotterdam!

The day curtains allow for some privacy while still enjoying the view and the shower and bed parts of the room are well separated with both a curtain and a smoked window. Bed was comfortable and we could not ear anything from the other rooms which is enjoyable if you plan to sleep! Food was nice too with plenty of choice either from the hotels restaurant or the surrounding ones.

The "smart room"/tablet controlled lightning, blinds, temperature etc was so cool! Plus the huge comfy bed. Location was perfect, metro station as you step out of the hotel who is located across from the popular markthal.

On the website it said no parking available, but it turns out they do have some parking spots available in the same building. Would have been nice to know this before, now we parked a couple a blocks away and paid double.

Easy self-check-in with assistance, perfect location and connection to public transport, breakfast yummy and fresh, love the design interior design of the hotel

room layout, I still don't like the lavatory in the room, too little space for your toiletries, how about another shelf? tea or coffee in the room would be nice. coffee jam in the morning at breakfast. table space is limited during business rush hour.
