Location, cleanliness, really comfy large bed, food was good & staff were helpful & attentive.
Only 1 lift on operation which gave many guests a lot of frustration especially when you have had to wait for a number of lifts to stop at your floor & it being too full for you to get in. It’s not adequate enough for the size of hotel.

Friendly staff, quiet fresh room
We expected the advertised 5 stars, but there are no extras whatsoever to merit this classification. No coffee machine, no mini bar, articles missing in the bathroom, restaurant closed, lifts not working...
