It was very close to the tram stops, also an easy walk from Rotterdam centraal station. Our room was spacious and very comfortable but I must say whatever scent they use for the hotel lobby was absolutely beautiful. The scent as you walk in from the street was lovely!

Location and clean, helpful staff and friendliness. Rumor spacious and comfortable bed Toilet was big.

One day the House keeping didn’t do a great job There is no doorman to collect the luggage. You have to go inside their reception to ask them for help.

The fridge in our room wasn’t working and by the time we checked in the maintenance team had left. This sort of thing really should be routinely checked and fixed when rooms are cleaned

Comfortable and well located

Very nice hotel in the heart of Rotterdam, with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. Had dinner in the restaurant as well which was good too. The gym is small but functional.

In big need of an upgrade. Shabby place. Very small room for the price but that’s high season I guess. No lift to the garage which is down a very steep staircase with very narrow steps. Impossible if you have large bags. We also waited about 20 minutes to check in.

Perfect location, cozy rooms

The Hilton hotel is located in a very convenient location, just minutes walk from Rotterdam Central and the Stadhuis metro station. Rotterdam itself is very easy to navigate and the National Maritime museum is walkable. During my stay, I attended an event at Ahoy Rotterdam and found it very easy to get there and back. I stayed in an executive suite at the hotel, which had a large double bed that was very comfortable. We had air-conditioning which worked well throughout our stay. We had a lovely view over the fountain, although we could often hear trams passing. The room had a coffee pod machine as well as a kettle, which we really appreciated as it gave us options. Breakfast was included with our booking, and I enjoyed it each day. A really good selection of cold meats and cheeses, hot food like bacon eggs and pancakes, muffins, bread, porridge, yogurt, the list goes on, was provided. There was a bean to cup coffee machine available to use in the breakfast area. One morning we were even provided a mimosa, which really brightened our morning. We also chose to eat in the hotel restaurant for one of our evening meals. The menu is seasonal so some options were unavailable, but the food which we had was very tasty and impressive. I felt that it was also good value for money. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The wine was also very good! I actually messed up our booking a little bit by not booking enough nights stay. As I booked via booking.com the hotel were quite limited in how they could help, but I was very impressed with how they went above and beyond to help us and to make sure we were in the same suite for my second booking of the trip.

I feel that this hotel could improve by providing Smart TVs in the room so we can connect our devices and watch whatever we want. There are some English channels, but the options are quite limited.

Beautiful room and hotel. Amazing place and worth every penny spent here. The location is amazing and they have a car park which is €4 an hour or €30 overnight.

Incredible location, close to the shopping street and a 15-20 min nice walk to the marina. Up the road from the Centraal station which can take you most places in Netherlands. Comfortable room, spacious, with a great view of the town hall. Nice gym, open 24hours, decent enough equipment for a hotel gym.

Good, but could have been better.

Hotel is centrally located which was handy for the marathon i was doing on the sunday.

I found 2 wall sockets in the room to be not working. I went to reception and asked them to sort it out. They said it would be done by the time i came back around 1 hour later. They were never sorted. Menctioned it again on check out. It was just as well i wasn't traveling for work because I would consider it unacceptable. I Would think twice before going back to that hotel again.
