Lovely apartment in very central location with great host

Great location. Well appointed apartment room which was very clean. The host (Jeroen) was very welcoming and great pre-arrival communication. A bottle of prosecco to mark our anniversary was a nice touch and much appreciated.

Internal stairs are typically steep with narrow steps as found in older Dutch properties, so beware! Unusually in our experience, guests are asked to take away their garbage to bins that are supposedly outside the property. However, we could not see them. The shower is high quality and large, but no shelf for your shampoo etc.

One of the best short or long-term stays I've had in all my years of work travel.

I travel a lot for work, and this was truly one of the best hotels (really, long-term stay suites and apartments) that I have stayed at. The apartment I rented was even better than the photos—well decorated, elegant and tasteful interior design, huge windows. It had a washer/dryer in the bathroom, and a well-stocked kitchen. Even the lighting design was impeccable. The building manager is always around, very attentive and helpful, and even available after hours via WhatsApp messenger. The level of service here is beyond anything you will find in a typical hotel (unless you're staying at an extremely expensive 5-star hotel, but even then, you can't just text the manager and have him bring you extra blankets or laundry detergent pods). And the location is amazing—short walk from the main train station, lots of walkable shopping, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. The S-bahn stop is less than a 2-minute walk from the front door. You couldn't ask for a better location in Rotterdam.

Really, I don't have a single negative thing to say about this place. If I had to come up with something, there is no elevator, so you have to carry all your luggage up and down. But it's an old building with narrow stairs. That's a small price to play for a "vintage" building with modern upgrades and style that still retains a lot of its original character. Obviously, no stairs is an issue for people who are handicapped, elderly, or less mobile. But the manager will gladly carry all your luggage for you!

Wonderful stay in Rotterdam! Highly recommended!

I stayed in this beautiful apartment for one week over New Year’s Eve, and I could not have been more satisfied. The apartment is very well designed, spacious, and perfectly equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is excellent, and the view over the city of Rotterdam is simply wonderful. I’m sharing a photo I took very early in the morning. The host, Jeroen, is exceptionally friendly and reliable. He stayed in close contact with me before and during my arrival and was very patient when my train was delayed. He waited for me, made sure everything was fine, and also took the time to give me helpful tips about Rotterdam. You immediately feel very well taken care of. The location is ideal: only about ten minutes from the main train station, very close to the city center, and with excellent tram and metro connections nearby. I felt completely comfortable during my stay and would absolutely recommend this apartment. I would happily stay here again.

Well equipped quiet suite , good location.

Walking distance from the train station, the garden view suite is really quiet. Spacious suite. Excellent reception service.

Our suite was on the 3rd floor, no elevator, the stairs are really steep and narrow, I wouldn't recommend it for elderly guests. I missed the bedside table with lamp in the bedroom, but there's no space for it.

A gem in Rotterdam

It’s excellent. Very spacious and clean apartment which is just a few steps from the Metro station and 10 minutes walk from Rotterdam Central Station. Good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Nice river view. We appreciate Jeroen’s hospitality and his prompt reply to our enquiries. We’d love to visit Rotterdam again.

Amazing!!!

It was right in the center. It was very close to the convention center we were going to and the tourist attractions. There's a beautiful park across from the building. The person who greeted us at Maurits Suits was also wonderful. He was very helpful. He also left snacks in the room, which was very kind of him.

Super voyage

Un séjour formidable dans la ville de Rotterdam ! Nous avons pu nous déplacer facilement et profiter pleinement des nombreux lieux à visiter grâce à l’emplacement idéal de l’hôtel en plein cœur de la ville. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le travail de Jérôme et de son équipe pour la qualité de l’accueil et la propreté irréprochable des lieux. Ils nous ont gentiment proposé un surclassement de chambre pour notre confort, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Jeroen a aussi pris le temps de nous partager et de nous recommander différents endroits à découvrir à Rotterdam. C’est avec un grand merci et le sourire que nous repartons de ce superbe week-end au Maurits. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel ! Merci encore 😊

City trip Rotterdam met vriendin

Bij aankomst was de host super gastvrij en verwelkomend. We hebben genoten van het appartement en de locatie. Op loopafstand kwamen we op vele mooie plekken van Rotterdam terecht. Het was schoon en een fijn matras. Vooral fijn om een eigen keuken te hebben waar alles compleet is qua servies en benodigdheden. Leuke extra: er is Prime en Netflix op de tv!
