Nice view and beds

The location is great with a view and some stores for food & drinks around. The stuff were kind and helpful. Typical "nhow" comfort beds as expected.

We were there due to a technical problem with some water pipes and as a result, the fully booked hotel had only one elevator to serve all the people from the ground to their floors. More over, there were guests for the bar trying to use the same one elevator. It was a mission to reach your floor since you had to stop in all floors. There was also available the facilities elevator which you could use only going down since in the ground it was necessary to use stuff card. Sometime there was someone there to help. In all that mess, there was no sign that the breakfast floor has been changed, so the first day there was a confuse (they had informed us about the breakfast floor in the checkin but we forgot that). The breakfast was on huge cold "event" area. Just to have a table and a chair to eat. Nothing special. Sauna was out of order too. I understand the situation with the water pipes problem of the previous days and it was not their intension to disturb but I should have been informed about the situation. Probably I would have choose another place to stay.

The housekeepers threw away my soap during my stay, which was on the hotel soaps in the shower. That means I couldn't shower with my soap on the last day, and I no longer have it. The soap came from abroad, which is a shame. I told the receptionist when I returned the cards.

The view was amazing even in the night, specious room, staff was super friendly and helpful. Will return to location without any doubts.

A fantastic hotel you’ll be happy to stay at again

Clean, modern aesthetic. In a great location next to the river with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. This was our second time staying and won’t be our last.

The TV was a little annoying, it’s great they offer screen mirroring but sometimes we had trouble turning the TV off it kept going back to the pairing screen but not powering down.

Nice stay in general but the thought of stain left a bad impression.

The room was nice and the view is an amazing one. The breakfast is very versatile and extensive.

The bed cover had a small blood stain that made me doubt the cleanliness of the room.

Nice Room, very friendly

Room was not dirty but not as clean it should be for 4 stars i guess. We both didnt like the breakfast. For example the cheese was sweating like it was outside for a half day. The bacon looked like it has already changed color a little bit before getting roasted. There were these mini omletts with mushrooms. This did taste like there was something inside not good anymore, seriously. I'm sure there was a lot of good stuff too We didn't try everything. But also for the price of over 20 euro It must be better.

Great place, positive experience, nice pop art

The breakfast was really good. The quality of the products in all out experience was top. Very well organized, great joung team in all facilities , positive and helpfull. The room was great, the view, and the conditions of the entire hotel made us big fans of this place. The pop art , by stamps, flowers, pictures, stencils, made my day. Strongly recommend.

Nice location shame about the rest.

Great location.

Room was dirty/ did not appear to have been cleaned paper on the floor female hair in the sink. Also beading on edge of floor missing / coffee machine did not work. Noise from the tram below despite being on the 22nd floor was awful. This should be mentioned to anyone booking. Also was not informed at time of booking that the 7th floor restaurant would not be available due to a conference. All in all a terrible experience.

A pleasant stay overall, but a few unexpected downsides kept it from being perfect.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a generous breakfast selection.

Coffee machine in the room but no cups. No bottle of water in the room. Booked a more expensive room for extra comfort and a bathtub, but only the cheaper rooms have bathtub was told. Disappointing shower: low water pressure and the bathroom floods when in use.

I thought this hotel was incredible

The appearance of the hotel is unbelievable and it’s in a perfect place just off the famous Nhow bridge. Staff was all very friendly, wide variety of food to pick from in the restaurant

The room was really good and up to scratch but I think with a balcony looking over the water would have been even better.

Pleasant but could’ve been better.

Laurens was a fantastic member of staff, super friendly and helpful at the front desk, his hospitality was the easiest highlight of the trip. Besides that, the hotel was pleasant and clean but room service was very limited, weird unpleasant neon green lights in the lift and not a lot of amenities in the hotel for the price. Would’ve loved if there was better room service as the menu is just the same as the rooftop restaurant menu which doesn’t have a great variety— and also if there was a spa or massage services etc. Some of the other staff we encountered besides Laurens weren’t very friendly / had an attitude that made us feel like asking for help was bothering them.

People from reception were A+++++ especially a lady called Amina, if I am not wrong.

No carpet on the floor for this particular room, a standard double room. Not always the coffee and sugar were refilled. And of course, no water. The room was not properly moped.

It.s a verry nice hotel to stay with amazing view to the Erasmus breadg.Also we liked it the special desig of the hotel.The breakfast was great and tasty (a lot of choice) and the bathroom was surprisedly big.

The tv it was not always working,after trying to stwitch the program's was no more signal,it was verry strange.We called the reception to fix it,but nobody came to fix the problem.
