The hotel is located in central Rotterdam. The location is excellent but the room is quite small.

Great location in the heart of it all. For the cost it’s nothing special at all. The rooms are really small, the shower has no screen so water gets everywhere, the tea / coffee facilities are poor. The rooms were clean.
The fridge was not working, pointless. It was very hot so my items went off. Staff did offer a solution, but i think they should check such facilities because I remember staying there a few years ago and again the fridge was not functioning.

Had some issues with the air conditioning initially. But staff were prompt to resolve the issue. The major plus point is its central location, near to most attractions, shopping and amenities. Good choice when in Rotterdam.

About an 18-min walk from the train station. The hotel entrance is hidden and you need to climb a few stairs to reach the elevator, which isn’t great if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. The hotel design and room are simple, cleanliness is average, and there’s quite a bit of dust in some areas. The bathroom doesn’t have wet/dry separation, so the floor gets soaked after showering.
