Good for a short stay

+ close to the city center, walking distance + Friendly staff, willing to help + Provided baby cot - good price for Rotterdam

- not accessible by baby stroller for two entrances, both with stairs, you have to ask someone to help you - our sink drain was really bad, they did a temporary fix but didn't improve to much. Since I only stayed a night, I was like whatever - room is very small, not much space for luggage- basic facility

Postilion hotel have nothing to do with WTC , I think is about the location only, just next door. Otherwise is in hard of the city center, great location.

Good location in easy walk 5-10 my ns) of many of the major attractions and nightlife. Friendly, helpful staff. Good, secure bicycle parking.

Location in central Rotterdam was very ideal when travelling elsewhere by metro, any time access to the room was also very welcome.

At times the sound coming from guests in the hallways was quite prominent.

Location is great, but loud

Great location near the center of the city. Easy to get around to everywhere with public transport.

Very loud in the night, due to bars, honking and motorcycle riders revving their engines. Sound proofing is non existent. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Well located but the street is very noisy at night and we can hear all the cars at night from bed!

Awesome city center location – everything's just around the corner. Super easy to get around too.

While my stay at the hotel was generally satisfactory, there are a few aspects that could be improved. Firstly, the breakfast options could be better to enhance the overall dining experience. Additionally, it would be convenient if bottled water were provided in the rooms at a reasonable price, rather than being overpriced in the on-site shop. Another point of consideration is that double rooms should accurately reflect a double bed arrangement and not default to twin beds. Lastly, I believe that a more competitive pricing strategy could make the hotel more appealing to potential guests. Overall, addressing these areas could contribute to a more positive and enjoyable stay for future guests.

Reasonable, at 4 stars I expected more attention to customers.

The location of the hotel and the equipment of the room

There was no cleaning for the 4 days I stayed, only the towels were changed. The people at the reception, especially those at the weekend, did not give proof of customer orientation. For example, we asked for a coffee early Sunday morning and they reasoned that the machine is not turned on, so they cannot help us, even if we pay for the coffee.

Very convenient for business trips

The location is as central as can be, in a very corporate surrounding, but the WTC building is impressive and worth the look.

The rooms are quiet but not necessarily the other hosts (cf. slamming doors & partying neighbors). If you want quietness, I recommend requesting a room by the end of the corridor. It worked for me ;-)

Overall a nice stay, good value for money

Modern rooms, although a bit small. Space gets quickly filled with two people + two pieces of luggage.

We interacted with several members of the Reception staff and weren't always pleased with the friendliness. Arrogant people who take no pleasure in serving others shouldn't work in such positions. Something to work on?

The bedroom was very quiet. The view was pleasant. Good that the corridors were carpeted so no noise from people and suitcases passing.

Inside the room, near the door was a black metal shelf which did not serve any purpose and got in the way. We both bumped ourselves on it and hurt ourselves. it should be removed. The steps outside the hotel looked shabby and dirty (cigarette butts) and gave the entrance to the hotel a very bad first impression. We wondered what sort of hotel we had booked. A ramp for suitcases would have made it easier. The air conditioning/heating was not easy to alter.

Nice hotel, Good location, Would Recommend.

The Hotel is a 2 minute walk from Stadhuis metro stop which is on line D&E and from here you are one stop away from Rotterdam Centraal. The hotel is completely contactless meaning you check in and out yourself, staff however are available if you need help and are more than obliging to help. The hotel is nice and clean with the rooms being nice and modern. The price too is not too bad for the Netherlands.

There was no kettle in the room to make a cup of tea or coffee.

Good location, and comfy beds.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Short walking distance the the Tram, and also accessible for Uber and Taxi. The room had comfy beds, mini frigde/bar and the roof was very tall which made it feel very specious. The Room aslo had big windows looking over a quiet street below. The lobby of the hotel was also nice with a mini market.

The only complaint i had during the entire trip was the Tv Remote was not working. And i wrote on a paper for the room service to change batteries but they didn't change it. Other than that it was good.

Good

The facilities are extremely new, well maintained and clean. The shower was really nice and soothing. The hotel is centrally located with a mere 15 mins walk from the central station, and close to many attractions, restaurants and cafés. Staff were friendly.

The only way to get to the hotel is through steep stairs, it is not easily accessible to people with disabilities or to people who have kids and trollies. Noise and music from the street was incredibly annoying and kept us awake all night. Recommend investing in better sound proofing material.

Rotterdam weekend

On arrival we are greeted with a beautiful smile, friendliness and professionalism that gives us all the guidance inside the hotel. The room nicely decorated with fantastic cleanliness, in addition to the comfort and sound, since there are bars and restaurants nearby. The location very good close to everything including transport in and out of the city. It's a hotel I recommend and will come back to.
