Prices where higher comparing to April and the Breakfast was not the same. The underground parking is very small and half of the places are reserved by the rental car company then to mention that is not an elevator from the parking to the lobby but need to walk and take some wood provisory stairs....

Really nice and welcoming hotel. Rooms are of a high standard and the boys enjoyed the adjoining room experience. All staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was excellent and supported all of the families needs. Highly recommend. Great access to tram and underground for ease of travel across the city.

The rooms and bathrooms were in good condition although it's a bit tough to get into the shower. For us vertically challenged it's a pretty big step into the shower and the handle bar is a bit far as well so if the tub is slippery can see an accident waiting to happen. The worst was the service at their restaurant JAQ, while eating dinner we saw a mouse and told a member of the staff about it and nothing was done about it. They seemed to already be a trap in place, so they already knew about it, yet they were still open. After seeing it my party and I totally lost our appetite. We were asked to pay our bill and there was no apology from the upper management about it. The only person who apologized was the waiter who handed us our bill and said he didn't have the authority to waive the meal. Again, not stating that we were entitled to a comped meal for the inconvenience but an apology from management would've been nice.

Although the building is old and looks outdated on the outside, the rooms are very comfortable, with a big bed and a nice shower. The location is excellent, close to the train station, the shopping area and the public transport. There is also a supermarket around the corner. However, this is the first hotel that didn't offer free WiFi. You could only get it if you agreed to become a member of their loyalty programme. Which I didn't want, so I checked the "no" box. In spite of that, I got an email congratulating me for becoming a member! Very disappointed that Hilton has gotten this low...
