Comfy, delightful stay a stone's throw from Rotterdam Centrum

The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable on great attractions and restaurants to try. The room was cosy and well-prepared for us. The lift to get our bags upstairs was a definite bonus! The breakfast on offer was also wonderful, with an excellent variety of foods that ensured we all had something tasty to eat before a busy day of sight-seeing.

It was a very hot few days, and while the ceiling fans were a welcome addition to cool things down, with climate change bringing hotter, more humid summers, it might be worth investing in some reverse cycle airconditioners to really help guests cool down on those balmy summer nights in the lovely city of Rotterdam.

Great location, in the city. Very nice staff, great breakfast.

Breakfast was great, offered made to order eggs and bacon. Real bacon, not the thin poor excuse for bacon that Germany offers for sale. The staff were very nice and accommodating as well. Location was amazing, very close to shopping and other interesting things to see in the city.

Parking in the area was very expensive, but I was able to book cheaper parking just a 10 minute walk away in a garage. Moby Park Arrivals garage.

This was a nice, clean and convenient place to stay. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was good with enough variety to start the day well. It ticked all the right boxes for us, and we’d definitely stay again.

Very good place to spend a few nights!

Very cosy family hotel located in a strategic place: close to the central station (about 10-15 mins walk) and to the city centre. Very friendly staff, clean rooms. There is a TVset, a fan, a small fridge, a hairdryer, fresh towels, soap in the room.

Air conditioning would be nice. Tea table (kettle, a few cups, forks, spoons, etc.) would be nice.

Great choice in the city centre.

The location is great. Right in the centre of Rotterdam (yet the room was very quiet) and close to tram and metro station. The room was spacious (bigger than expected) and on the top floor. It also had a small balcony. There was a small fridge in the room (although it wasn't mentioned in the website) so we could store a small bottle of water and some fruits we had with us. The bathroom was nice with a bathtub and super clean. The staff was very helpful and the reception was 24/7. I would definitely choose Breitner Hotel next time I visit Rotterdam.

Cheap but relaxing

I needed an emergency stay after my train got cancelled. This place was within walking distance of the station and was very reasonable price wise. I passed a number of bars and coffee shops en-route, so for someone who wants a bit of nightlife this will work. You turn off a busy road into a very pleasant quiet road. You could hear birdsong in the morning. Staff where welcoming. Spoke perfetc English and very hospitable.

Nice and cozy family hotel. I paid for a small single room, but when there the nice lady gave me a double one. The hotel is central, 15 min from Rotterdam Centrale and mainly all the other attractions. Great value for money.

Best place in town!

I loved how warm was the hospitality. Every member of the staff was nice and it was a pleasure to speak with them. The room is cozy and I fell in love with it. Even if it not that big, the bathroom was bigger than many other I saw in even better valuated structures. The shower was big. There were many towels and every space was really clean! Even the moquette! Simply perfect. I also appreciated the small bar service the have in the reception room.

Just one thing: during the night the heating sistem was turned off and I woke up because it was freezing! But inside the wardrobe I found an extra cover, so I solved the problem.

Fantastic location - easy to walk to straight down from the Central Station, really close to great bars and restaurants, but in a quite street. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's a basic hotel, old style. Not tea and coffee facilities in the room, although reception said we could go down to get hot water.
